Season 3 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys is on the way, and fans should hang on to their hats, Steven McBee Jr. warned in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025.
“Season three, it is such a crazy rollercoaster because we have so many good things happening. New babies in the family, obviously Cole and Kacie’s engagement…” said the eldest of the McBee brothers. “So many good things contradicted with my dad’s situation, and every day has been a struggle on the farm.”
Of course, Steven Jr. is referring to Steve McBee Sr.’s 2024 conviction in a multi-million-dollar federal crop insurance scheme for which he was sentenced to a two-year prison term and ordered to pay upwards of $4 million in restitution. Steve Sr. had until Monday, Dec. 1 to surrender himself to the Federal Prison Camp in Yankton, South Dakota to begin said sentence.
The McBee family’s legal and financial woes were a significant part of the show’s Season 2, and all signs point to them being a major storyline when Season 3 returns at a later time.
“The fallout from my dad’s situation, and every day, has caused us more stress and more challenges than we ever could have imagined,” Steven Jr. continued to The Daily Dish. “And, so, you could see all the highs, the lows play out on Season 3 in real time, and we are not holding anything back from it.”
How Cole McBee and Kacie’s engagement will play out on McBee Dynasty Season 3
Of the family’s highs, Steven Jr. teased that fans can expect to see the engagement between second-youngest brother, Cole McBee, and the mother of Cole’s only child, Kacie Adkison.
“It was such a great night; I cannot wait to see that play out on Season 3,” he said. “It was a beautiful night, beautiful weather, and Kacie, so well-deserved. I mean, her and Cole have had their ups and downs. They have been better than ever over the last couple of years, and it’s been a long time coming.”

Viewers got to see Cole and Kacie’s peaks and valleys in Seasons 1 and 2, including when Kacie pressed the brakes on Cole’s marriage proposal. Then, in December 2024, they welcomed a daughter, Blair Collins McBee.
Of the engagement, Steven Jr. added, “It was a great night for the entire family.”
What else to expect on McBee Dynasty Season 3
Although there is no official word about what Season 3 will hold, there have been many changes on the Gallatin, Missouri, homestead since the season 2 finale.

On top of Steve Sr.’s conviction and Cole and Kacie’s engagement, Steven Jr. is now dating Allie Eklund following his breakup from Calah Jackson, and newlyweds Jesse McBee and Alli McBee welcomed a daughter, Summer Leigh McBee. What’s more, the brothers have teased new things on the business front for McBee Farm & Cattle Co.
