After a falling out at the end of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14, Sutton Stracke is still in the dark about what exactly happened between her and her former bestie Garcelle Beauvais.
She talks through the demise of their friendship and where they stand now during the above preview for the supersized Season 15 premiere (airing Thursday, Dec. 4 at 8/7c on Bravo and streaming the next day on Peacock).
“That was very rough,” Sutton admits to Bozoma Saint John, Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Dorit Kemsley. As far as what happened between them, Sutton shares, “I don’t know. I have no idea.”
Kyle goes on to call the drama “a mystery,” and when Boz asks Sutton if Garcelle explained what went wrong, Sutton shakes her head no.
The update follows Garcelle’s abrupt departure from Part 3 of the RHOBH Season 14 reunion, as Andy Cohen tried to gather the ‘Wives for a toast and reunion picture, and Garcelle declined before walking off the set and leaving without speaking to anyone. Garcelle also announced she was leaving RHOBH after five seasons before the reunion aired.
During the above preview, Sutton reveals she hasn’t seen Garcelle since her walk-off.
“I texted again and again and again and again,” she adds in her confessional, before pausing for a moment. “She did not text back.”

Although Sutton seemingly had no answers as to why her friendship with Garcelle ended, Dorit offers a thought during the Season 15 premiere preview. “Do you think that, for her, it was more of an alliance and less of a friendship?” she asks. But Sutton defends their relationship by saying, “I have a hard time believing that.”
“I loved Garcelle. We were best friends,” Sutton shares in her confessional, as she wipes away tears. “I didn’t see her as just an ally. I just don’t like people to talk about her like that.”
Boz also speculates on why the former BFFs had their falling out.
“For me, I was surprised that she wasn’t talking to you. I felt that she was certainly upset with me, that I didn’t have her back — I don’t know for what reason,” Boz shares. “And also felt that you sort of left her out to dry too.”

Sutton points out that they don’t have the real answers.
“We will never know, because, she’s not speaking to me. She’s not speaking to you. So we don’t know,” she tells the ‘Wives. “We can play the guessing game for eternity. And because of that, I really just had to take—“
Dorit interrupts and interjects, “A minute.”
“Yeah,” Sutton continues. “Or like a couple of months, to be quiet. And really be calm. And remember who I am.”
Kyle admits that she’s seen a change in Sutton since her friendship with Garcelle ended.
“When Sutton and I are in private, it’s completely different than when she was with Garcelle,” Kyle confesses. “Now that Garcelle is not here, I would like to see Sutton just be the Sutton that I know one on one, and be consistent. That would be great.”

When Garcelle appeared on the Oct. 23 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, it was her first time publicly addressing what happened in her friendship with Sutton. What’s more, she shut down any rumors of a reconciliation when she called their friendship “completely over.”
“Not only did she not have my back, she also, when she called me, never took accountability for it. And that hurt my feelings a lot,” Garcelle told Andy.
However, Garcelle did admit that she looks back on their friendship “fondly.” She added, “You know, we had some really good laughs. We were there for each other, mostly me there for her. But I don’t regret it. I don’t regret it.”
The two came face-to-face for the first time since their falling out during a Los Angeles red carpet event in October, and Sutton revealed during BravoCon 2025 that she and Garcelle did speak to each other.
“We sure did,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I said, ‘Hello.’ That was just happenstance. But, yeah, I said, ‘Hi.’”
