Sutton Stracke is reflecting on her annulment from her ex-husband, Christian Stracke. During the premiere of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15, Sutton revealed that her ex had their marriage annulled, and she is now sharing even more thoughts about the situation, as well as his current relationship with his girlfriend.
Sutton appeared on Scheana Shay’s podcast on March 27, where she opened up about her annulment, which happened after Sutton’s ex-husband began dating a former friend of hers. The mom of three then speculated on the podcast that her husband will be getting remarried, possibly to her former friend, in the future. “I would imagine that they will get married at some point, you know, and good for her,” she said.
“You know, the idea of him getting married does not — you know, I say this, but the day they get married, I might have feelings,” she added. “But for me, my first thought is always my children.”

Sutton Stracke opens up about her annulment from her ex-husband

On the podcast, Sutton reflected on her and her ex-husband having their marriage annulled. “So two years ago, I received a letter from the church saying that he had requested an annulment. Would I like to submit a letter to go into the request? I didn’t have to. It doesn’t matter anymore,” she explained. “And so, a year later, it will be a year in May, is when I got the letter from the Catholic church saying that my marriage had been annulled by the Catholic church.”
“I don’t know if the impetus for the annulment was her,” she continued. “She also got an annulment around the same time. I mean, you know, I’m not stupid.”

Sutton continued, admitting that she found the situation to be comical. “When I found out, it was so funny. And now I feel comfortable because I’m not being mean to either one of them. Date, get married. I’m going to help you with my children. I want everybody to be happy,” she said. “But now it’s comical because this doesn’t happen to very many people.”
“I found out in London,” she continued, revealing that her son, Philip Stracke, told her when she was on the way to meet up with her ex. “My middle son told me he wasn’t supposed to tell me. And then the first thing I did, I was on my way to see my ex-husband because I thought, I’m going to start to get along with him, and we’re going to have drinks and be friends again. And then Philip, my son, told me this information. I was like, never mind the friendship thing. I was crying in the taxi.”
Sutton Stracke shares an update on her dating life today
Sutton spoke with The Daily Dish in December 2025, where she admitted that she was dating following her annulment. “I always like dating. I’m a dating app girl,” she said.
“Dating’s now just like this fun thing,” she noted. “I think I was obsessed with it for a while, but I’ve grown out of that. Yeah.”
