Tamra Judge Makes Declaration About Quitting at RHOC Reunion

Even the dreaded hot seat can’t make Tamra Judge leave The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Season 19 reunion.

In the above first look at the RHOC Reunion Part 1 (airing on Nov. 6), host Andy Cohen welcomes the cast one by one. After a brief discussion about Tamra’s recent “breast surgery,” she playfully references the three times she “quit” the show throughout the season.

“By the way, I won’t be quitting today,” Tamra jokes.

After the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host responds with a stunned, “Really?” she hedges her bet, however, adding, “I mean, the day’s young.”

While Andy commits only to taking a wait-and-see approach, Heather Dubrow quips to her castmate, “Let’s not make big statements. We just started.”

So, Tamra explains why things have been different since filming wrapped: bestie Teddi Mellencamp has no detectable cancer anymore.

“I’m in better spirits because of Teddi,” Tamra says. “It’s a miracle. Her last scan: zero tumors detected.”

A bit later, Andy refers to how Tamra “joked about quitting today,” before asking if she has any “intentions” for the day.

“I mean, yeah. Going into the season, I was emotionally in a really difficult spot,” she replies, providing a natural segue for the WWHL host to ask if Tamra is still going to therapy. 

Confirming that she had a session just days earlier, Tamra shares, “I am just trying to not get reactive when I get upset.”

Still, Andy calls out Tamra’s questionable “approach to conflict this season” — and the fact he did not think her behavior seemed any calmer during filming. So, Gina Kirschenheiter chimes in to say that sometimes “things get worse, before they get better” in therapy.

Tamra, for her part, agrees with Gina’s assessment that her reopened wounds are “raw” and that she’s “not a changed person yet.”

Jennifer Pedranti, meanwhile, opines that adults “just start making the change” that they want to see in their lives.

“Yeah, but then you also have to understand, when I was going through therapy, you know, I was on a good track,” Tamra clarifies. “And then two weeks into filming, with everything that was going on with Teddi, that derailed me a bit.”

Indeed, throughout the season, Tamra attributed her multiple threats to leave RHOC mid-filming both to her fragile emotional state, stemming from Teddi’s then-new brain tumor diagnosis, as well as the “unprocessed trauma” and “intrusive thoughts” she was unpacking in therapy.

Elsewhere in the reunion sneak peek, Shannon Storms Beador claims that Tamra never gave her the same “grace” that she was “asking everyone for” when she was similarly navigating the “hardest time” in her life. Shannon goes on to further accuse Tamra of not being able to let go of things that happened in the past.

“You’re Tamra Grudge,” Shannon vents. “You have all the grudges. You can’t forget anything.”

Tamra’s response? “I don’t hold grudges. That’s my problem: I let go of things very quickly.”

That’s when Andy brings up how Alexis Bellino recently claimed on a podcast that Shannon was trying to “ice Tamra out” to get her off the show. While Tamra agrees “100 percent” with Alexis’ theory, Shannon denies she had ever concocted any such scheme.

“I don’t even plan what I’m wearing before I film,” Shannon fires back. “I’m sorry, I don’t try and ice anyone out.”
