Teen Shoots Man 14 Times After 5-Year-Old Relative Accuses Him of Molestation – Crime Online

Last Thursday, Tennessee police arrested a woman for killing a man who was found repeatedly shot days earlier.

On February 26, a Memphis police officer discovered Noe Rincon, 58, lying deceased in the road. WREG reported that Rincon had been shot 14 times, including in the head.

A woman who Rincon was staying with said she saw him an hour before he was found dead. She also told police that her daughter, Alishon Torres, 18, had been calling and texting her from Rincon’s phone. The woman also said she believed Rincon was out getting food for her children and grandchildren.

On the day of the shooting, Torres reportedly asked to use Rincon’s phone before confronting him and shooting him 10 times inside a van. She allegedly admitted to taking the van to an abandoned home to paint it and parking it at an apartment complex with her boyfriend. Torres said her boyfriend was neither involved nor aware of the shooting.

According to WHBQ, Torres told officers that three to four weeks earlier, a 5-year-old relative told her that Rincon molested her. However, authorities have not revealed whether the allegations against Rincon were substantiated.

Police reportedly seized a .40-cal. Beretta pistol from Torres’ purse after it fell to the ground. WREG reported that the pistol had no serial number. Torres allegedly confessed to selling or giving away the other gun used to kill Rincon.

Police eventually located the van, which had black paint on the front and back doors.

Torres is charged with first-degree murder, employing a firearm in the commission of a felony, and tampering with evidence. A Honduran citizen, she remains jailed on an immigration detainer.
