Teresa Giudice is looking forward to the future, especially since she has so many goals for her career. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom of four is the author of two memoirs as well as four cookbooks, but she is ready to write more.
Teresa appeared on the Sirius XM radio show, Jeff Lewis Live, on Sept. 10, where she spoke openly about her desire to put out a new book. “Are you going to continue to write?” host, Jeff Lewis, asked her. “Because I feel like there’s such a market for your cookbooks, particularly.”
“Yes, I’m speaking to someone now,” Teresa said. “I want to do another cookbook and [another memoir].”
When asked by Jeff if there’s more of an appetite for cookbooks or memoirs, Teresa couldn’t decide. “I mean, I don’t have an answer for that,” she admitted. “But I think there’s both, you know? Cause everyone loves to cook and people love to read books!”
Teresa had also hinted at her writing projects when she spoke with Miami Vibes Magazine earlier in the month. “There’s always something cooking in the kitchen — literally and figuratively!” she said.

“I’ve got some exciting TV projects on the horizon, a brand-new cookbook in the works (get ready to drool), and some fresh flavors coming to my Skinny Italian line just in time for the 15th anniversary. More sparkle, more sauce, and definitely more Teresa!”

Teresa’s upcoming TV appearance on Special Force will involve her daughter, Next Gen NYC‘s Gia Giudice, who was also cast on the show. Teresa took to her podcast on Sept. 10, where she opened up about what it was like to work so closely with her oldest daughter.
“You know, she just said like, ‘When can I ever say that?’ Like, this is something that we’ll always remember that we did this together,” Teresa said. “So we were both so excited about it.”
