A Tesla-driving west coast man known for attacking other motorists, including a 74-year-old woman, got into yet another confrontation — but this time, he was on the receiving end of an attack, according to authorities.
A photo posted to Instagram purportedly shows a bloodied Nathaniel Walter Radimak at a hospital in Hawaii.
A spokesperson for the prison system reportedly says that other inmates allegedly beat him up. He had recently been arrested in connection with two alleged attacks in Honolulu: one on a mother and her teenage daughter who was practicing parallel parking, and another on a woman in a gym.
“Nathaniel Radimak was allegedly assaulted by other inmates in a housing unit at the Halawa Correctional Facility,” public information officer Rosemarie Bernardo said in a statement, according Los Angeles ABC affiliate KABC. “He sustained injuries to his face and torso and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.”
That incident remains under investigation.
Radimak attained infamy for a series of road rage attacks in Southern California dating back to January 2020, even going after as far as to wield a metal pipe during the attacks. Victims of his attacks and threats included a 74-year-old woman.
A court in 2023 sentenced him to five years behind bars, but he was paroled after serving less than one year of that sentence. He wound up in Hawaii, where authorities say he, again driving a Tesla, attacked an 18-year-old and her mother in Honolulu.
He is charged in that incident, but a third woman told local outlets she also had a violent run-in with Radimak at a Planet Fitness, where he allegedly ranted at her, threatened to hit her in the face, and took a swing at her. The woman provided Hawaii News Now with footage appearing to show the incident.
“It’s really terrifying,” she told Honolulu ABC affiliate KITV. “He’s proven time and time again that he’s a threat to society and especially to women.”
