The Brutal Murder of Luise Frisch: Chilling Video Shows The Victim, 12, Laughing With The Suspects

The Brutal Murder of Luise Frisch: Chilling video shows victim, 12, laughing with the suspects’ A disquieting TikTok video has emerged showing the 12-year-old girl who was fatally stabbed by her friends, two girls of ages 12 and 13, laughing and having fun with one of her killers. Luise Frisch was allegedly stabbed 32 times and her body was dumped in secluded woodland in Freudenberg, Germany on March 11. The suspect’s identity has been concealed due to strict German laws that stated that children below 14 were under the age of criminal responsibility.

Police interviewed classmates from Esther Bejarano secondary school, which the trio attended, and revealed the “best friends” had a fallout over a boy, and Frisch was also a victim of bullying. Initially, the girls denied any involvement but once her body was found, the suspects confessed. However, the real motive behind the stabbing remains unclear. “It’s the age of everyone who is involved that has left everyone shocked,” Frisch’s neighbour reportedly said.

Girls Will Not Be Tried As Criminals

In the chilling TikTok video, the trio can be seen laughing together, holding iced teas and wearing masks due to local Covid-19 lockdown laws when it was filmed. In another video, just hours after Frisch’s body was found, the 13-year-old allegedly uploaded another TikTok video of herself dancing. The suspects have been relocated from their homes amid mounting backlash from fellow classmates and the public after it was revealed that they would not be tried for their crimes. The suspects’ parents were reportedly told to give their daughters new identities.

They will not be completely absolved of their crimes and could be forced to pay compensation to Frisch’s grieving family, “if they knew they were doing something harmful,” reported The Mirror. The civil court would set an amount and the pair will have to begin repayments as soon as they get jobs and it could last as long as 30 years. Frisch lived in a two-storey house with her grandparents, parents and two siblings. Frisch’s shocked neighbour described the 12-year-old suspect as “sweet and innocent”.

Lawmakers Mulling A Change In Law

“We used to see [the 12-year-old girl] nearly every day. She was like any other girl of her age, sweet and innocent or so we thought,” said a neighbour, who works as a manager in a nearby cafe, adding, “She would come into the café quite regularly because she would get food for herself and her grandfather as her parents were working. It’s the age of everyone who is involved that has left everyone shocked. They are all just children. Who knows what possessed them to do what they did, to stab someone more than 30 times is horrible.” One of the suspects’ fathers, who is a fireman, also assisted in looking for Frische.

Germany’s justice minister Marco Buschmann spoke of the tragedy and said that the suspects should be criminally tried regardless of their ages. He said, “Such serious crimes cannot remain without consequences. Any debate about adjustments to criminal law should be conducted with a cool head,” adding, “Children are the age of 14 are not prosecuted. However, our legal system already has the means to react to serious acts of violence by children under the age of 14.”

Opposition Christian Democrat Unionist MP and lawyer Gunter Krings said, “Children have developed quickly in the past few decades, and they are more mature now than they were 50 years ago, let alone 100 years ago,” per Daily Mail, adding, “This crime is particularly shocking given the age of the victim and the age of the suspects and children of 12 or 13 years old are mature enough to know that they should not kill.”
