Bravo’s Real Housewives better hang on to their cowgirl hats because the real farm life isn’t for everyone.
The guys and gals of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys are doling out their all-important advice should any from the Housewives franchise find themselves home on the range. Of course, who would know better than Bravo’s newest hardworking and horse-riding folks of McBee Farm & Cattle in Gallatin, Missouri, as their family’s legacy — and drama — makes its debut on Bravo on Monday, June 30, 2025.
Here are their Top Five tips for Housewives on how to survive the ranch.
Perhaps they’ll want to leave the Birkin bags behind…
1. Choose Your Shoes Wisely
Housewives better wear boots to the farm, as suggested by brothers Steven McBee Jr. and Cole McBee. Cole’s expectant girlfriend, Kacie Adkison, offered, “Don’t wear cute shoes.”
An exception could be made for “Herman Munster shoes,” a legendary moment from The Real Housewives of New York City (Season 4, Episode 11) between former Housewife Alex McCord and Bravo’s Love Hotel’s Luann de Lesseps.
“Even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes,” at least according to Luann, but the Housewives won’t want to make the grave mistake of wearing fancy footwear to the farm.
2. Watch Where You Step
Watch where you step, literally and figuratively.
Country homegirl Tessa Lollar, whose singing captivated audiences in Season 1 — now available to watch on Bravo and Peacock — mentioned where to step in the recent teaser.
“If I ever overstep my bounds, you just might tell me,” she said.
Steven Jr.’s girlfriend, Calah Jackson, called someone in the upcoming season “such a snake,” but Housewives, just be sure not to step on one.
3. Trust No One
A word of warning from the McBee brothers and those closest to them:
“Be careful,” Kacie said. “No one keeps a secret on the farm.”
In the recent teaser, Calah told Kacie about a seemingly private text she shared with Steven Jr. Kacie informed her that Steven Jr. “read it out,” to which Calah gasped.
Elsewhere, in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, few can forget when Angie Katsanevas and the others called out Britani Bateman for secretly recording them in the sprinter van (Season 5, Episode 15). It was a big no-no, especially given the rumors and nastiness of the previous season.
4. Don’t Make a McBee Mad
“Don’t make a McBee man mad,” Kacie warned the Housewives.
Flashback to Season 10, Episode 16 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, where Lisa Rinna and Denise Richards hashed it out after Lisa discovered Denise had tried to have footage removed from the series and accused her of issuing a cease-and-desist order.
Remember when Lisa said, “Oof, you’re so angry,” to Lisa?”
Soon to come in The McBee Dynasty, Cole McBee was seen in the recent clip (obviously) crying while yelling at those around him, “No, I am not f—— crying!”
5. Run
And, finally, the last farm-living tip for the Real Housewives? “Run,” according to Steven McBee Sr.’s now-ex, Galyna Saltkovska.
Horses, chickens, and cattle can often be found running around the McBee farm, but the Housewives? Some aren’t so sure.
“They don’t know what’s arriving, I can guarantee it,” Galyna said with a laugh.
But, given The Real Housewives of Orange County’s disastrous Bali dinner (Season 9, Episode 17) and the way Tamra Judge ran out of there in her bare feet yelling, “F— you, guys,” perhaps the Housewives could already be ahead of the game.
