With The Valley’s Season 3 premiere on the horizon, the newly released trailer for The Valley After Show is giving fans a sneak peek at all the fun and drama ahead.
When the After Show kicks off on Wednesday, April 1, viewers can expect to see the cast — which includes Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez Booko; Luke Broderick and Kristen Doute; Jason Caperna and Janet Caperna; Brittany Cartwright; Jasmine Goode; Lala Kent; Jesse Lally; Michelle Saniei; Tom Schwartz; and Zack Wickham — breaking down each episode’s most explosive and unforgettable moments.
In the above teaser, the friend group submits to a fit check, and while some pass with flying colors, others find themselves on the receiving end of some sartorial shade. Read on to find out which cast members elevated their looks between seasons, as well as who might be on the verge of a fashion emergency.
Brittany Cartwright and Lala Kent on The Valley After Show for Season 3
When Brittany steps onto set, she immediately points out to Lala that her After Show outfit shows off her stomach. “How crazy is that, that I can wear something like that now?” Brittany asks, presumably referring to the results of her recent surgical procedure.
Lala, for her part, remarks that she loves her friend’s new look, prompting Brittany to reply, “I can’t believe you can see my belly button. I’m, like, freaking out.”

As for their fashions, Brittany says she feels like they’re “going to prom,” to which Lala replies, “That’s literally not what I wanted to hear.” When the former clarifies that she means a “sexy prom,” however, the latter comments that she “can get down with that.”
Later, a producer asks who, out of the men in the cast, has the best style, and Lala answers that she doesn’t “mind” Jesse, Danny, and Jason’s style. “Zack is a hit or miss, which I relate to,” she continues, before adding, “I think everyone has great style. Wow, I’m being so nice.”
Kristen Doute and Nia Sanchez Booko on The Valley After Show for Season 3
Kristen and Nia, meanwhile, joke about getting as much mileage as possible out of their maternity wear, even though they’re both postpartum now.
“I wore a maternity dress coming here today — and my nursing pumping bra,” Nia quips, before Kristen chimes in, “Yeah, I just wear maternity leggings everywhere I go. They’re so comfortable. Why would you dress any other way?”
The duo, in a separate After Show teaser, also offers updates after welcoming their daughters “10 days apart in the same hospital room,” as Kristen shares. Another similarity? They both had very short labor and delivery times.

While Kristen notes that baby Kaia arrived after only nine minutes and three pushes, Nia reveals that she “almost gave birth in the car.”
“My doctor [was] mapping out other hospitals we could stop at on the way in case I didn’t make it, because I was still, like, 20 minutes away from the hospital,’ Nia recalls of the lead-up to daughter Adelaide’s eventual arrival in June 2025, after one contraction and three pushes.
Janet Caperna and Michelle Saniei on The Valley After Show for Season 3
When it comes to Janet’s outfit, she suggests that her husband Jason’s opinion played no role in her ensemble. “He didn’t know I was wearing this today,” she explains. “He probably would’ve thought it was too much. I have shoulder pads in today. He doesn’t like shoulder pads or, like, a bunch of feathers.”
While Michelle gushes over her friend’s “sexy, hot look” and refers to the shoulder pads as a “power move,” Janet admits that her efforts are usually lost on Jason anyway. She goes on to tell a story about a recent all-green holiday look she put together that included a long, feathered coat.
Though her husband wasn’t a fan, social media users gave her raves. “I was like, ‘I’m never trusting you again,'” Janet jokes. “It’s been sitting in my closet ever since.”
As they rate their castmates’ style, Michelle actually credits ex Jesse with having “good suits,” but adds, “He has horrible taste in shoes.”
Zack Wickham and Jasmine Goode on The Valley After Show for Season 3
Zack describes himself and Jasmine as “feeling sinister” when they got dressed for the After Show.
“I’ve got the red nails,” Jasmine adds. “I always wear, like, bright colors, but today, I think I just wanted to go a little, like, savage.” When she stands up to show off her full look, Zack gasses her up exclaiming, “Do a little turn. Yes! Body!”
Jasmine, meanwhile, credits her figure to using a GLP-1. “I’m getting there,” she shares.
Later, Zach does his own turn in an Express suit, before highlighting how his accessories include a “little touch of Louis Vuitton.” He elaborates, “I think most people would be like, ‘Is it real?’ It is. It’s the only nice thing I own, so I wanted it to be on full display today.”
Jason Caperna and Tom Schwartz on The Valley After Show for Season 3
As for Jason’s outfit, he says, “Just feeling brown today, you know? Brown on brown on brown. Brown belt. Brown me.” He goes on to describe his personal style as usually encompassing a Cuban “Ricky Ricardo look,” referring to Desi Arnaz’s I Love Lucy character.
A self-deprecating Schwartz, for his part, confesses, “I love fashion. I have it in me, but I’ll never probably discover it.”
As for who has the best style among The Valley‘s cast members, Jason reveals, “I mean, the obvious quick answer is Jesse, right, because he has the most suits and all that stuff. … Jesse, like, either goes all out or, like, doesn’t go at all. You know what I mean?”
Schwartz agrees, “He’s very, like, debonair. Very, like, old school.”
Finally, Jason confirms Janet’s story about her green holiday look, and even admits that he “was wrong,” in the end. “I’m not good with women’s clothing,” he concedes. “I don’t have a good eye for it.”
Luke Broderick, Danny Booko, and Jesse Lally on The Valley After Show for Season 3
To illustrate just “how supportive Kristen’s been lately,” Luke drops his pants and reveals, “I’ve got her face on my underwear.”
That leads Danny to announce, “I’ve got Nia’s face on my underwear,” before clarifying that he’s not actually wearing them at the moment.
Finally, Jesse gives credit to a producer for his color scheme: “It was you who picked out the pink today, and I appreciate that.”
Fashion talk aside, new dad Luke brings daughter Kaia on set to explore a bit in a separate After Show clip. After Danny has a playful moment with Kaia and describes his daughter Addie as her bestie, “Uncle Jesse” tries to help her learn how to walk. As Luke notes, however, “She’s not quite crawling yet.”
