Thomas R Fuertes Charged with murder of Aleah Aaron’ Oregon State Police have charged a 35-year-old man with murder in the death of a woman from Cave Junction who was reported missing on March 30.
The Josephine County Sheriff’s Office asked the state police’s Major Crime Section to lead the investigation, and investigators found the body of Aleah Aaron, 25, later that day in a rural part of the county, state police said in a news release.

On Sunday, investigators arrested Thomas R. Fuertes, charging him with murder and abuse of a corpse. He is being held in the Josephine County Jail.
