Todd Tucker is expanding his resume. Days after his split from Kandi Burruss was announced, The Real Housewives of Atlanta dad took to social media to celebrate his newest job title. Todd reshared an Instagram post confirming he had signed on to produce The PlayHER Lounge, a women-led podcast series that focuses on sports and culture.

The recently launched series is co-hosted by Krystal “KG” Garner, Arryana Barton, and AB from the KC.

“After we put out a few episodes, [Todd Tucker] finally said YES to being our producer and we are celebrating this new beginning!” the announcement read. “Exciting journey we are on together… a SPORTY scheme that Todd set up.”

Todd is also promoting Don’t Bring Your Man to Atlanta, a romantic thriller he wrote and directed. The feature film will screen next month at Todd’s ATL venue, TTucker Theaters.

“As you can see, we’re trying to get everything ready,” Todd said in a November 24 video filmed outside his namesake theater. “Our first show on the 11th is sold out, so we added a show on Friday the 12th. That’s in November. So make sure you support… buy your tickets. It’s only 50 seats. It’s small, intimate, so you know we’re gonna have fun. We’re gonna be turnt up. We got popcorn, soda, we got drinks, and it’s gonna be lit.”

Don’t Bring Your Man to Atlanta is executive-produced by Todd’s estranged wife, Kandi. The two were introduced in 2011, when Todd worked as a producer for RHOA Season 4.

The ex-couple got married in the spring of 2014 and went on to welcome two children together: 9-year-old son, Ace Tucker, and 6-year-old daughter, Blaze Tucker. Kandi and Todd entered the relationship with now-adult daughters, Next Gen NYC’s Riley Burruss and Kaela Tucker, respectively.

Less than a week after Kandi accepted her Wifetime Achievement Award at BravoCon 2025, she announced her shocking decision to separate from Todd.

“After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I’ve made the decision to move forward with a divorce,” she said in a statement to People magazine. “This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.

“I’m stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth,” she continued. “I’m grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family.”

Todd has not publicly addressed the filing; however, Kandi shed more light on the split in her November 24 Amazon Live stream, saying she and Todd had been struggling for quite some time.

“To be clear, yes, I filed Friday (November 21), but this is something that has, you know, been brewing for a while,” she said. “I’ve been going through it, child. Life has been life-ing me, OK? But what I will say is, Todd and I were together, our marriage lasted 11 years, we were together like, 14. We’ve got two wonderful, beautiful children. I have no regrets. I mean, sometimes things don’t work out, and it just is what it is.”
