Tom Sandoval has never been shy about sharing his beauty routine (which involves shaving his forehead) or opening up about his cosmetic procedures. But, the Vanderpump Rules alum is finally addressing those plastic surgery rumors about him having a chin implant.
Tom revealed to Decider earlier this month that he has never had any plastic surgery. And in fact, he thinks that he looks exactly the same as he did on Vanderpump Rules Season 1, which premiered on Bravo in January 2013.
“I guess I’m flattered, but yeah, I have not had a chin implant,” he told the publication with a laugh. “My face looks the same as it did when I was first on Vanderpump Rules.”
“I once did a close-up selfie on point five and it elongated my face. I think that’s where the rumor came from,” he added. “I just have to laugh because my face is the same shape it has been for the past 14 years that I’ve been on TV.”

Although he hasn’t had a chin implant, Tom has gotten cosmetic dental work to transform his smile. Los Angeles-based cosmetic dentist Anjali Rajpal revealed on Instagram in March 2025 that she was helping Tom get bonding in his teeth to help with grinding from stress.
The dentist was able to put bonding on some of his teeth to make them look “perfectly even.” Or, as Tom said in the video, make his teeth look like “a perfect picket fence.”

Tom Sandoval opens up about his Botox treatments
Tom has also been open about the Botox he’s gotten. The Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman revealed to PopSugar in May 2019 that he had gotten injections just above his ears to help with his smile. “When I smile, my ears move up a lot, and it keeps my hair from going above my ears,” he explained. “I’ve done it twice, and it lasts a long time.”
As for the more common forehead Botox location? “I know it’s preventative,” he added. “My eyebrows are a very expressive part of my personality, so it’s just not something I really do.”
