When it comes to healing, Tracy Tutor is taking the slow-and-steady approach. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent confirmed this last week, when she shared several updates on her plastic surgery recovery.
As previously reported, the West Coast native kicked off the new year with a facelift, neck lift, and brow lift performed by celebrity surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. Tracy has since taken to Instagram to share photos and videos of her post-op results and to reiterate her intentions of having a restful recovery.
“[Dr. Diamond] has been with me every step of the way, with my questions, concerns, and crazy ideas, but mostly I feel like he is invested in me as much as I am and I can’t say that about many surgeons,” she captioned a photo of her facial bruising. “I know I am posting this late, but I felt important to share. One thing I wanted everyone to understand is that I have moments where I feel fantastic and ready to get back to work and life. More often than not, that euphoric feeling passes and I’m reminded that I am not superwoman and I need to heal at the rate my body needs. This was on Friday, Day 6 and the 2nd round of stitches came out on Sunday, Day 8.”

Tracy Tutor receives post-op hyperbaric oxygen therapy: “I have been militant”
As part of her recovery, Tracy has gone to the Beverly Hills wellness center Remedy Place for hyperbaric chamber sessions. The therapy supplies the body with pure concentrations of oxygen, which can speed up the healing process for wounds and bruising.
“Day 9. I have been militant about the hyperbaric chamber at Remedy Place,” the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles mom wrote on Instagram. “As you can see, I still have some bruising, which I am not shocked about, because I do bruise easily. So the oxygen should help with healing the bruising faster.”
Tracy Tutor explains why she was “not a good patient” following her facelift
In addition to the hyperbaric sessions, Tracy has also received vitamin infusions with glucosamine, body-only lymphatic massages, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. Although she’s taking her doctor’s advice when it comes to post-surgery treatments, Tracy confessed it was hard for her to remain idle for an extended period of time.

“I am not a good patient bc the second I’m feeling remotely better, I’m ready to get back to work,” she said in another Instagram post. “I promised myself that I would commit to a full 10 days of just recovery to not get ahead of where I truly am vs where I think I am. I don’t want to mess this up, so I’m listening to [Dr. Diamond] and my nurse April who knows how desperately I want to be to normal life soon… So at the moment, I am refraining from taking work calls until next week and will filter in work as my healing progresses.”
Tracy Tutor addresses previous plastic surgery claims
In 2020, Tracy clapped back at critics who claimed she had too much work done to her face.
“Wayyyyy too much Botox or surgery,” one user commented on her Instagram.
Although she has admitted to getting Botox and filler, Tracy denied having any fully invasive facial procedures.
“To be clear… I have not had any plastic surgery on my face,” she responded to the fan. She also added, “And to be abundantly clear, if I wanted to get plastic surgery, who the hell [are] you to judge what makes me feel better about myself. Thx and goodnight.”
