A Delaware state trooper was killed Tuesday afternoon in a shooting at the Wilmington Division of Motor Vehicles.
The shooter is also dead, according to Delaware Gov. Matt Meyer.
Three people, including another trooper, suffered non-gunshot related injuries. A 40-year-old woman were taken to a hospital, while a 35-year-old woman refused treatment after suffering from shortness of breath, Delaware State Police said. The second trooper was evaluated by medics on scene and not transported.
Details about the shooting have not been released, although state police said more information would be provided at an as-yet unscheduled news conference.
Surveillance video from inside the facility showed a bullet hole in a window.
