Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph is no stranger to working hard and keeping busy. But, following Below Deck Down Under Season 3, Tzarina has “no idea” what she’s going to do now.
Tzarina recently took to her Instagram Story, where she answered the pressing question, “What are you doing after Below Deck?” in a candid manner. “I’m gonna be honest with you, I don’t know what the f–k I’m doing with my life at the moment,” she said with a laugh.
Although she doesn’t have an idea about her future, she is staying busy for now. “Right now, I’m helping set up the surf retreat I’ve been a part of for the past 12 years and training crew, our guests come in this weekend so I’m gonna have help for a bit around here, and then I really need to take a break and figure out my next steps and what I’m doing,” she explained.
“I have been working on a project, which fingers crossed happens, and then I would be a very happy bunny,” she continued. “But if not, I really have to re-think my whole life…I just have to figure out my next steps in life.”
Tzarina Mace-Ralph reflects on BDDU Season 3 moments
Tzarina continued during the Q&A, admitting that her “biggest regret” from BDDU Season 3 might come as a surprise to some. “I don’t know if you’re going to like the answer to this one,” she said, with a laugh.
“My biggest regret of the season is probably not defending myself enough,” she declared.
When it comes to her “biggest moment of pride” from BDDU Season 3, Tzarina said she thought she made show history. “I’m pretty sure I was the only chef in Below Deck history to do the perfect nine,” she said, referring to the fact that not one charter group had complaints about the food.
“And that’s basically when it comes to tip, I only had compliments about the food in every single charter and that for me was just…my department’s kitchen and I think I did really well,” she explained.

Tzarina exclusively told The Daily Dish that she and Captain Jason Chambers are in a great place following BDDU Season 3, in spite of some tension that they experienced during charter season. “I spoke to Jason about an hour ago,” she admitted.
“I just feel so honored to have worked two seasons with him,” she continued. “And I’m sure we will catch up again for tapas and too much wine.”
