Who are the new Vanderpump Rules Season 12 cast members?

What can fans expect on Season 12 of Vanderpump Rules?

The Vanderpump Rules announcement teases how “the next generation of close-knit SUR-vers will make their mark” on Season 12.

“This season on Vanderpump Rules, the deep-rooted, dynamic group of friends, frenemies, and lovers that have been working for Lisa Vanderpump at SUR for years are shaking things up — from Pumptinis to chaos,” per the release. “Despite new uniforms and a few fresh faces in the mix, the drama remains as messy and complicated as their iconic predecessors.”

Indeed, the Vanderpump Rules Season 12 trailer kicks off with several nods to the past, featuring clips from some of the OGs’ most iconic and memorable moments.

“It’s funny, I did used to say SUR’s where you take your mistress, but now, it’s probably where you meet her,” LVP remarks, before a “Get ready to clock in” graphic appears on screen. “I’ve always said, with my staff, give me anything, but don’t give me boring.”

The wild scenes that follow prove that the new cast certainly fits the bill.

The first preview of workplace drama ahead arrives as self-proclaimed “bad guy” Natalie vents to LVP and Demy, “I’ve worked here for two years. This is my family, and they’re all telling me that they hate me.”

Cut to Kim saying, “Natalie is really nice, and then she’s crazy,” before, elsewhere, the bartender fumes, “Do you just not like me? Like, just tell me.”

As Venus puts it in a confessional, “We’re able to work, party, have sex.”

Based on the sneak peek, expect plenty of discussions about a “penis pump” that Chris seems to admit is part of his “routine.”

As always, there will be more messy workplace romances, too, as Angelica explains, “I find myself in co-worker relationships pretty quickly,” prior to a clip playing of her flirty chat with Shayne.

“I found your Hinge profile, and it says that you believe in monogamy,” she reveals, to which he replies, “That wasn’t updated.”

After Shayne opens up in a separate moment about why “it’s hard” to commit to one woman with so many “other chicks” out there, Angelica asks Natalie, “Shayne was holding onto you again? Oh my god. Do I need to, like, stab you?”

That’s when Chris chimes in elsewhere, “Shayne’s my boy, but when it comes to bro code, you don’t do that s–t.”

Kim also appears to be headed for several heated confrontations. After she calls out Natalie for apparently crossing a boundary by texting somebody, Venus tells Kim he feels “backstabbed” by her. Her boyfriend, Marcus, meanwhile, accuses Venus of “coming at” their relationship.

The guys’ drama reaches a boiling point in — where else — but the SUR alley, as they go toe to toe about whether they can remain friends, and who should leave first.

Later on, though, Marcus and Venus kiss and make up — literally — as confessions about NSFW videos, fractured friendship, and plenty more explosive drama swirls.

As LVP concludes, “This is SUR. We’re a family. They’re not perfect, but they’re mine.”

See all that drama and more by watching the official supertease above. And as you await the premiere, get even more details on what’s happening in the Vanderpump Rules cast’s lives during Season 12.
