Ciara Miller’s life is so busy when she isn’t spending her summers in the Hamptons on Summer House. Ciara is both a model and nurse and is sharing some major updates on her career today.
Ciara appeared on The Squeeze podcast on Feb. 18, where she revealed that she still keeps up with her nursing license. But, after working in critical care and ICU nursing, she revealed that she is looking into doing new things with her nursing career after she told The Daily Dish she was taking a “step back” from nursing in early 2025. “I think I’m done with bedside, just because, you know, I did it,” she said during the Feb. 2026 podcast episode. “I did my time at bedside, but I’m like, I think there’s a purpose for me outside of bedside, still in the nursing world. Cause I still love the education and everything, like, all the knowledge. I think it’s vital, you know.”
“I literally need to renew my license by the end of this month,” she explained.
Where did Ciara Miller go to college?
Ciara attended nursing school at Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Sandy Springs, Georgia. She took to Instagram in 2018, shortly after graduating, where she reflected on her journey through college, noting that she doubted that she would make it through nursing school at times.
She wrote, “I love fighting to prove myself wrong but I also love proving all the other people over the years wrong when they told me I would never be a nurse, or when people questioned my intelligence because of my looks. Welp…MODEL & NURSE now. Here’s to graduating RN & Cum Laude.”

Ciara’s career as a model is something that she kept up with while she was in nursing school, as she explained to Authority Magazine in 2023. “The start of my journey began when I was 16 years old. I was signed to my first modeling agency in Atlanta, Georgia,” she said.

Ciara’s modeling career led her to model for Victoria’s Secret on Instagram in 2023. She most recently attended the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in October of last year, walking the red carpet in an abstract, white, two-piece outfit.

Ciara competed for the grand prize of $200,000 in Season 3 of The Traitors, which aired on Peacock in 2025, before becoming the seventh player to be banished from the game.
When Ciara appeared on The Squeeze earlier this month, she admitted that she had no strategy going into the competition show. “Like, when I was watching it back, I was like, I basically just showed up every day. I didn’t know I was supposed to have this long, drawn out plan,” she explained. “And then I’m like, watching the gamers work in real time. And I’m like…the stakes aren’t that high to me.”

Ciara is currently appearing on Summer House Season 10, which involves a lot less strategizing. According to an announcement for Summer House Season 10, Ciara is “fresh off of a month in Italy” with “a desire to make, and even keep, social plans. Working on being less rigid, she’s focused on business, friendships, and refusing to settle for anyone who doesn’t treat her right. As she leans into forgiveness and positivity, can she maintain the chill vibes throughout the heat of the summer?”
