A lot has changed for Tommy in the years since we were first introduced to him on Shahs of Sunset in his personal life, and now we’re getting a chance to watch him navigate this new chapter with Mercedeh Javid. That means we’re getting a closer look at his life as a dad on The Valley: Persian Style, and now we’re also taking a look at what Tommy does in his career.
Tommy’s online resume notes that his work experience has touched on several jobs, from podcasts to marketing to philanthropic efforts. Of course, his more important job is being a dad to his son, Shams.

Of course, Bravo fans first got to meet Tommy on Shahs of Sunset, but now he’s taking fans inside his current era as he navigates his family life with Mercedeh as they raise their son, Shams, whom they welcomed in 2019.

His official cast bio notes: “Mercedeh Javid and Tommy Feight are navigating marital struggles, parenting, and partnership under one busy roof. Mercedeh’s thriving real estate career and Tommy’s creative pursuits do not always align, but their love for their son, Shams, keeps them grounded. Adding to the pressure is Mercedeh’s complicated relationship with her mother, Vida, whose ongoing tension with Tommy often puts her in the middle. As Mercedeh balances her ambition and loyalty to her friends, she and Tommy attempt to stay connected amid drastically shifting dynamics.”

In addition to his work life, he’s also a proud dad to his son, Shams, whom he co-parents with Mercedeh amid their split. As he noted back in November, when he shared a photo of himself and Shams, there’s “no better way to spend a rainy day.”
Tommy addressed his family’s new normal during their divorce on his podcast back in December. “I’ll come out better for it, I’m sure. I hope [Shams] does, too,” he said on the episode. “And listen, I hope my wife does, too. I hope she finds happiness, and she finds, you know, things that…I hope that this is worth it for her.”
On the same episode, he opened up about the pair’s commitment to their son. Tommy said, “All I’m worried about now is that Shams is gonna be all right, that this isn’t gonna have a long-term effect on him… He has two parents that love him very, very much and would do anything for him. That’s never gonna change. Nothing will ever be able to come between me and him. As long as I have that, I’ll have everything.”
On The Valley: Persian Style Season 1, fans will get a new look at Mercedeh and Tommy’s relationship as well as their friendships in their inner circle. Get more details about the new Bravo show, which will includes fellow Shahs of Sunset alums Golnesa Gharachedaghi, Reza Farahan, and Adam Neely.
