When does the new season of Top Chef start for Season 23?
Mark your calendars: Top Chef Season 23 premieres on Monday, March 9 from 9:00-10:15 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Viewers can get a head start on the new season with early access to the premiere episode, available beginning Tuesday, March 3 on Peacock, Bravo’s YouTube channel, and VOD. Starting Monday, March 16, Top Chef will move to its regular timeslot at 9:30 p.m. with episodes available the next day on Peacock. All episodes of Season 23 will be supersized to 75 minutes.
