Married to Medicine‘s Heavenly Kimes and Simone Whitmore are still healing their fractured friendship.
Even though the duo at least somewhat made amends during the explosive cast trip to Miramar Beach, during Season 12, Episode 8 (more on that below), Dr. Heavenly recently updated The Daily Dish on their status, noting that all has not been forgiven.
“Simone’s still mad,” Heavenly exclusively revealed in January 2026. “She going to be mad about two more years.”
From the Atlanta-area dentist’s perspective, Simone had “overreacted” to the drama involving the VIN number to Quad Webb’s Rolls-Royce that previously reached a boiling point during newbie Angel Love Davis‘ party on Married to Med.

“I think that the whole VIN number thing was a joke initially,” Heavenly elaborated. “And so, when it came down to it, I didn’t think Simone was that angry. Then she started shouting negative things about my husband [Dr. Damon Kimes] … and I’m like, where is all this coming from?”
With the benefit of hindsight, Heavenly’s POV shifted, however, after seeing Simone’s family drama play out during the front half of Season 12.
“My heart goes out to Simone,” she added. “I did not know what she was going through. I heard about it, but seeing it in-depth and the intensity of what she was going through, I probably would have given her a hug. We’re going through something very similar.”
Heavenly concluded, “She showed in such a real way what was going on, and I have to take my hat off to her, because I’ve never been able to do what she’s done.”

When Miss Quad confronted Simone for her shady comments about looking into her luxury car’s VIN number, as previously mentioned, the latter quickly realized that Heavenly was the one who spilled the tea. An argument ensued, and Simone later declared she was “done” with Heavenly.

Heavenly initially backed out of Dr. Contessa Metcalfe’s Florida “girls’ trip” to allow cooler heads to prevail, before eventually joining the group later on.

Thanks to some peacemaking efforts from Dr. Jackie Walters, Heavenly eventually decided to apologize to Simone during a one-on-one poolside chat in Florida.
“I was going through things, and I shouldn’t have said anything. But I never meant to hurt you,” Heavenly told Simone. “I was in a bad place, and I did wrong. … I’m sorry. You gotta believe that.”
As she added in a confessional, “I would be very hurt if our friendship ended over something that was not intentional.”
Simone, for her part, replied, “There’s never been a fight we’ve not been able to come back from. When you drag me in some s–t, I’m not f–kin’ with you.”
The conflict made it difficult for Simone to believe they were really as good of friends as Heavenly claimed, she said.
Regardless, Simone assured Heavenly that she would “take [her] word for it,” but struck a more cautious tone with a producer: “We know who Heavenly is. She’s shown us year after year after year. And no apology, no kiss changes that. … We can be cordial. I can kick it, have fun, but I have both eyes on you, ma’am.”
