Colin MacRae is still sailing all over the world today with some very special people in his life after his time on Below Deck Sailing Yacht.
Colin took to Instagram on Dec. 25, where he revealed that he was celebrating the holiday season with his girlfriend, Brittany Amodeo. In the A.I. photo, posted to his account, Brittany can be seen holding a candy cane lollipop in one hand, while wrapping an arm around a shirtless Colin wearing a Santa hat, as snow fell around them.
“Haters will say this is A.I….But we got good snow here in Malaysia this year,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “Merry Xmas, everyone!”
As it turns out, Colin has been keeping busy in his life and career all year round and sharing all those details, including where he stands with several people from the Below Deck universe today.

Colin and Brittany just haven’t been sailing alone. He is doing it with his two dogs and some special visitors along the way. Colin took to Instagram in September, where he revealed that his sister, Monica MacRae, was sailing with them and spending some time with him at a resort in Padang, Indonesia.
“Was so nice having my sister [Dr. Monica MacRae] come sailing with us for over a month,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “She has an autoimmune condition which has caused severe suffering for well over a decade, so to see her swimming around the boat and taking long walks on the beach, was something that all the doctors said she wouldn’t be able to do all those years ago….This was our last day together chilling at [Aloita Resort] before she continued on her journey of healing through Asia.”
Colin MacRae shares major career updates
Colin documents all of his sailing adventures on his YouTube channel, where he frequently posts videos documenting his travels on his catamaran. But Colin is also a new investor in the beer industry. Colin took to Instagram on Aug. 21, where he posted a video documenting him tasting beer at Sun Lab Brewing, based in Florida, with one of his crew members, Jamie Vandenbulk.
“After getting screwed over badly by a former business partner, it’s refreshing to be going into business with [Jamie Vandenbulk] in an industry that he is a connoisseur in, BEER!” he wrote in the caption of the post. “It has been a massive learning curve figuring out the ‘ins and outs’ of the beer industry in the States, but we may have found the perfect partner in the form of [Sun Lab Brewing].
He continued, enlisting the help of his Instagram followers. “We need to come up with a beer company that hasn’t been taken, which is proving to be quite difficult, so leave a comment if you have any suggestions!” he added.

But when he isn’t busy focusing on his career, Colin is catching up with some close friends. He took to Instagram in September where he revealed that he took Below Deck Down Under‘s Captain Jason Chambers sailing for the first time ever. In the video, Jason can be seen joining Colin on his boat, expertly navigating the sails, and cracking jokes with him.

“It was a pleasure taking [Captain Jason Chambers] sailing for the first time in his life!” he wrote in the caption of the post. “I gave him a 30 second run down and threw him the keys. A lot different to an 80m super yacht, but I think he may have seen the light, as we cruised up and down the coast of Bali powered only by the wind…Good catching up with you mate, see you again soon.”

Although Colin recently caught up with Jason, he hasn’t caught up with his ex, Daisy Kelliher. Daisy appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Nov. 10, where she shared a major update on where she stands with Colin.

“I have not spoken to him in a while,” she said during the WWHL After Show. “Sometimes he DMs me and I DM back. And our relationship is non-existent, but nothing malice or anything. It was just a relationship and now it’s not.”
