As fans will recall, during the early seasons of Southern Charm, the group included artist and loyal BFF, Danni Baird, hanging out with the always-dynamic group of Charm-ers. These days, after leaving the show, Danni had traded in drama for diapers and domestic life with kids and her husband, Nick Volz. And, while she doesn’t post often about her life these days, it does look like she revealed that she’s become a mom again at some point in an under-the-radar update to her Instagram bio.
The bio reads, “Blessed Wife [and] Mother of Two. Charleston, SC,” and adds that she works as an artist. That’s right, mother of two.
Danni didn’t keep her pregnancy under wraps as she welcomed her first child, Yates, into the world. And although she hasn’t posted anything in her feed on Instagram since August 2024, which was an update on (you guessed it) Yates, it looks like she’s at least confirmed welcoming another little one into her life in her social media bio. Overall, though, she has maintained a more private life since leaving Southern Charm several years ago, with the rare update here and there.Â

Danni confirmed the birth of her and Nick’s son, Yates, in April 2024 with a photo carousel of the baby’s milestone moments. “‘Hello World! My big media debut has been lonnnnng overdue! -Yates. I’m dumbstruck that our little man, Yates, turned 4 months old this week!! He has brought us more joy and love than we could EVER have imagined,” Danni wrote on Instagram at the time. “He’s absolutely perfect.”

Danni and Nick married in November 2024, where they said “I do” in front of loved ones, including their baby boy. Danni has mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight, but has shed some light on their relationship in the past. She wrote in October 2023, a year before they wed and as they were preparing to become first-time parents, “Wishing the happiest of birthdays to this handsome Daddy-to-be [Nick]. I can’t imagine sharing this incredible journey with anyone other than you. I love you and have a suspicion that 39 just may be your best year yet xo.”

What does Danni Baird do for a living?
As mentioned, Danni works as an artist and sells her prints, paintings, pet portraits, and commissioned art pieces on her website. “My artwork is both an extension of myself and the vision a client wishes to see encapsulated in their commissioned piece of art. We work together to make that vision forever come to life,” she notes on her official website.

Danni appeared as a friend on Seasons 1 through 7 of Southern Charm. Season 7 of Southern Charm wrapped up in 2021 and in the years since Danni has focused on her life outside of the spotlight.
