Southern Charm Season 11 ended with some answers, along with plenty of new questions, about the friend group’s future.
The season finale kicked off with the cast — including Craig Conover, Shep Rose, Austen Kroll, Venita Aspen, Rodrigo Reyes, Salley Carson, Molly O’Connell, Charley Manley, and Whitner Slagsvol — still in Mexico, unpacking if their healing retreat, indeed, had its intended effect. (Madison LeCroy stayed back in Charleston, following the birth of her daughter, Teddi.)
After Salley declared at a post-retreat dinner that she had “sweat out all of [her] negative energy” in the mountains near Puerto Vallarta, Shep, for his part, remarked, “We’re all actually nice to each other.”
Fast-forward to Miss Patricia Altschul’s Carolina Day party, however, and some lingering feuds and drama reignited, leaving plenty to discuss at the upcoming reunion. In the meantime, read on for exclusive details on what the Southern Charm cast has been up to since filming wrapped.
Craig Conover’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
After a season of ups and downs, two of Craig’s relationships ended on low notes:Â Charley officially ended things with Craig during the Carolina Day celebration, and later, he and Austen also clashed once again over the ongoing rift in their friendship. By the end of Episode 15, Austen said that he felt good about “not holding any more space for Craig” in his life.
In the interim, Craig has been focused on his career and shared several new business updates in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish — including on his and Austen’s bar, By the Way, which he said has become “one of Charleston’s hottest destinations.”

“Austen and I are really proud of it,” Craig said, also touting the venue’s “fun” recent events. “It’s an upscale tavern for all ages. And that’s what Charleston was missing. And it seems like the community and tourists have really responded well to it.”
Craig, meanwhile, is also in the midst of “completely redesigning and relaunching” Sewing Down South into “more of a home decor company,” in addition to unveiling a new line of candles that are all hand-poured in Charleston.
But that’s not all: Craig further revealed that his new production company, Plaid Horse Productions, is “rolling” and already filming three different shows. He’s also participating in the 2026 Winter Paralympic Games in Cortina, Italy, as a Team USA Creators Collaborator.
Shep Rose’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
Shep ended the season at Miss Patricia’s Carolina Day event by introducing his date, Hannah, who also happened to be Venita’s tennis instructor. In the episode, he explained that they both “want a child,” though Rodrigo’s fiancé Tyler Dugas remained skeptical if Shep truly felt that way.
After Shep found himself in the middle of Craig and Austen’s drama earlier on Season 11, he exclusively shared a promising update on where their friendship stands today.
“We’re doing well,” Shep revealed. “I know for a fact Austen and I talk more than Austen and Craig do. Craig and I are in a good spot though. We’re on a text chain with the whole cast, and it’s very positive and fun and playful. And that’s really something that hasn’t ever existed before. So, everyone’s good.”
On the career front, Shep announced in February that he’d just finished the final edits on his second book, Nothing in Moderation, which he said is slated for a late May/early June release.
Austen Kroll’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
The Southern Charm finale concluded with onscreen text that updated viewers on how Austen and Salley had been “hanging out and making out” ever since filming wrapped. On the Southern Charm After Show, Austen revealed that he and Salley are still only friends today, following his split from Audrey Pratt.
“We’re in the exact same realm,” Austen claimed. “She still will throw it out there of like, ‘Can I come home with you tonight?’ And I’m like, ‘Salley, you can’t do this every time that we hang out.’ And then she’ll be like, ‘OK, sorry, like, I did that. I’m not gonna do that again.'”

When it comes to his tumultuous friendship with Craig, Austen doubled down on his claim that his onetime bestie has an issue “admitting fault” when he’s in the wrong. Either way, Austen insisted that he was not nervous to see Craig at the Season 11 reunion.
“I mean, the expectations are just [low],” he elaborated. “I’m gonna walk in with a little inkling of, like, maybe, maybe there will be a [gap bridged]. But I guess that you do the same thing over and over and you get the same f–kin’ results.”
Madison LeCroy’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
Madison did not attend the finale party, but she did take viewers inside her and husband Brett Randle’s car ride from the hospital to their new “forever home” with newborn Teddi, earlier in the March 11 episode.
“Teddi had to be in the hospital for two weeks in the NICU because she came six weeks early,” Madison explained in a confessional. “Not being able to hold her and, like, take her home immediately is something that nobody prepares you for.”
Madison, who grew emotional seeing her 13-year-old son Hudson hold Teddi for the first time, has since shared updates on their family life via social media, including their travels, holidays, and other milestones.
Venita Aspen’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
Venita shared a love life update on the Southern Charm After Show, revealing that she has been “trying to date” Summer House‘s Carl Radke.
“He’s so nice,” Venita gushed, before detailing their recent outing in New York City. “We went on a date for five hours, five-and-a-half hours actually. The manager had to walk up and be like, ‘We’re closed.'”

Venita described her interactions with Carl as including “lots of hugs, but no kissing.” At the time, she also noted that they were taking “baby steps,” while working to nail down the logistics of their next meetup.
“Believe it or not, I’m so shy when it comes to stuff like that,” she admitted. “I don’t think I’ve ever dated someone so tall. … I had heels on when we went out. I was still literally at this man’s, like, pec.”
Salley Carson’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
On the heels of Salley’s tearful heart-to-heart with Charley about Craig in the finale, both women expressed their love for each other but admitted that they did not know where to go from there.Â
Following her and Austen’s subsequent conversation about their mutual feelings for each other, Salley insisted on the After Show that they’re “both not ready” to be in a serious relationship.

“I don’t think that we would ever go into anything unless we were super serious about each other, because we don’t want to mess up the friendship that we have,” she elaborated. “Once we decide, or if we ever were to decide, like, hey, we’re doin’ this thing, it would be, like, an all-in situation.”
Salley, meanwhile, underscored the fact that “there’s definitely potential in the future” for her and Austen, however.
Molly O’Connell’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
After showcasing her talents on Season 11, Molly told The Daily Dish that she’s been focusing on pursuing a career in music.
“I’ve gotten back into music after quitting for a really long time,” she noted in December. “So that’s been my new career move. If you will. I’m just facing my fears and singing and playing euphonium, but the singing has been a lot more fun lately.”
Regarding her personal life, Molly has a new boyfriend, who is also a musician. She did not reveal the man’s identity but shared that he had lived in Charleston “for a long time,” and they had been dating “for the past few months.”
Charley Manley’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
Even though Charley spent the bulk of Season 11 navigating a love triangle with Craig and Salley, she exclusively shared that their friendships remain intact today.
“Believe it or not, like everyone is still friends,” Charley said. “At the end of the day, we really did all start out as three incredibly close friends. And I think that because we had that foundation, it’s been able to hold up.”

Looking back on her inaugural run on Southern Charm, the newbie also highlighted her first-season takeaways: “I’ve definitely learned that I should speak up more. I wasn’t dimming myself down; I think I was just trying to get to know everyone before inserting myself into a lot of these situations. I kind of wish I inserted myself a little bit more or spoke up a little bit more.”
Professional, Charley added that she still works at the art gallery part-time, in addition to earning a paycheck as a social media influencer. She said she’s also in the process of forming an LLC, in hopes of becoming an independent art broker, in the near future.
Rodrigo Reyes’ life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
Rodrigo is still looking forward to marrying Tyler, after previously sharing a wedding update on the After Show. Though the planning is still in progress, he revealed that they will likely tie the knot at Craig and Austen’s wedding venue, The Waverly, in Charleston.
“I did run this by Austen. I was like, ‘You and Craig just opened an event spot in downtown Charleston; I think it’d be perfect to have all our friends there downtown,” Rodrigo recalled. “He was very generous to say, ‘Rod, of course. You’re my friend, like, this is a gift. … I think that’s lovely, and I’d be a fool not to take advantage of that.”
Whitner Slagsvol’s life after Season 11 of Southern Charm
Soon after filming wrapped, Whitner announced on Instagram that he adopted a new puppy named Artemis, aka “the new boss of the household.”
In addition to his dogs, Whit has been spending time with his family at their estate, Itchy Grass Farm, as well as with his castmates. In his IG “highlights from an unusual December,” for example, Whit uploaded several photos of himself celebrating the holidays with a majority of his fellow Charmers.
More recently, Whit shared behind-the-scenes photos from the Mexico trip on March 5, writing, “The journey is the friends we made (or kept) along the way, or something.”
