When Galyna Saltkovska’s daughter, Erena Chaples, made her big debut on The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 2, she proved that she’s very much her mother’s keeper — and fiercest defender.
Erena arrived during Episode 9 to celebrate the grand opening of the latest McBee’s Coffee N Carwash location, which she called a “big deal” for her mom considering that several VIPs like bankers and potential investors were in attendance.
So, when Galyna’s friend-turned-enemy, Masha, unexpectedly showed up, Erena did all she could to help her rein in some raging emotions.
“Mom, you’re at a business thing,” Erena reminded her mom, who continued to insult ex Steven McBee Sr.’s new girlfriend. “You are in a professional setting right now. Go do your job.”

Galyna remained fired up, though, and so Erena asked her twice to lower her voice, again highlighting that people who “matter” were present and were “watching [her] behavior.”
Shortly afterward, though, Erena got into her own heated confrontation with Masha. “You don’t deserve to speak to me ever, OK? Do you understand that?” she told her at one point. “I’m 22 and I’m smarter than you’ll ever be!”
What does Galyna’s daughter Erena Chaples do for a living?
As she noted in her dustup with Masha, Erena is currently a law school student. According to her Instagram bio, Erena, who turned 23 years old in January 2025, plans to graduate from the University of Nebraska Law School in 2028.
“I plan to enter the legal field to work for the common good, with interests in corporate law, intellectual property, and international law,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “My experience in the legal field will also enable me to enter the political field in the future.”
Erena also announced in May 2024 that she’d graduated from North Carolina’s Belmont Abbey College with Magna Cum Laude honors and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and criminal justice. The following year, she went on to earn a Master of Science degree in data analytics from the same college.

Inside Galyna Saltkovska’s bond with her daughter, Erena
Erena’s Instagram not only highlights her interests — including traveling, fashion, acrobatics, and mental health advocacy — but also gives an inside look at her relationship with Galyna.
In July 2025, for example, Erena shared a short video showing her spinning her mom on the dance floor at a West Hollywood bar. Previously, she also posted a photo of Galyna proudly posing with her as she held up her diploma at her May 2024 college graduation.
More recently, a “proud” Galyna gushed about Erena earning her 2025 master’s degree on her own Instagram, writing, in part, “Your hard work and dedication have truly paid off. Cheers to your achievements and the bright future ahead!!!!!”
While celebrating Erena’s 23rd birthday in January, Galyna posted another tribute to her “amazing daughter,” captioning a photo carousel, in part, “Your talent and brilliance light up lives every day. Keep shining and chasing your dreams—there’s no limit to what you can achieve! Love you to the moon and back!”
