What does Lacy Nicole do for a living?
According to her Instagram bio, Lacy is a “Philanthropist [and] Mental Health Advocate.” She hosts the Shame To Sparkle Podcast, which shines a light on “normalizing discussing trauma, experiences that shape us, conversations surrounding mental health & learning to sparkle after shame. [And] some fun too!” She is involved in several charities, including the Shame to Sparkle Foundation and the Children’s Oncology Support Fund.
For her work with the Shame to Sparkle Foundation, she was featured in Nobleman Magazine. On Instagram, she highlighted the importance of her friendships in helping to spread the message on her charity work. She wrote on Instagram in 2024, “I say this often in podcasts & speaking – when close friends lift you up & support you (or your ventures, business, whatever!) It really is everything! Sometimes in life, there are seasons where it seems strangers support your goals more than your own community. I am so thankful that is not the case & I have [a] tribe like [Lydia…] (& more!) who consistently show up & support my mission to bring awareness to mental health advocacy.”

More recently, she was featured on the cover of Orange Coast magazine for her work with Shame to Sparkle Foundation. And you can bet Jesse didn’t miss the chance to celebrate her, commenting, “Kickass 100 [percent].” He also included a heart emoji, to which she also responded with one back.
In the caption of the post showing off her magazine cover, Lacy also shed more light on her work with the Shame to Sparkle Foundation today. “This work is personal, purposeful, and powered by community. Thank you for helping us amplify the conversation around healing and hope,” she wrote in February 2026.
Inside Lacy Nicole’s friendships with The Valley cast
Lacy has shared looks at her friendships with the inner circle of The Valley on Instagram, including with Zack Wickham. On a recent episode of her podcast, Balancing Act with Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick, Kristen Doute shed more light on her friendship with Lacy.
“I wanted to start with our friendship because I feel like people don’t know us as friends yet. Because I think all they know is they’re watching The Valley and you haven’t been on it yet,” Kristen shared. “And then they watch Instagram, and I don’t post s–t except for memes. If they knew how much you and I sent to each other on a minute-by-minute basis, they would know our friendship.”
Lacy and Jesse have also been spotted out on the town with pals Janet Caperna and Jason Caperna in the past as well.
