Of the many dustups that occurred on The Valley Season 2 finale, only the argument Nia Sanchez Booko and Danny Booko had with Jax Taylor resulted in an explosive fourth wall-breaking moment.
After airing his grievances about Danny’s supposed inauthenticity to several cast members throughout The Valley‘s supersized July 22 episode, Jax finally decided to approach him at Michelle Saniei’s so-called “zen party.” As their conversation quickly went left, Jax seemed to notice Nia listening in and pulled her into the mix as well.
The insults began loudly flying back and forth, Kristen Doute intervened, and Jesse Lally eventually pulled Jax away.
Danny, meanwhile, continued to rant about Jax’s character to his wife, as she implored him to listen to her and quit with the unnecessary name-calling.

“That was on camera,” Nia reminded him. “It’s right behind you.”
Claiming to be fully aware, Danny looked directly into one lens and replied, “We’re on camera right now. There’s a camera right here. There’s a camera right here. … What are you talking about?”
A bit later, he continued, “What do you expect, Nia? I’m trying to keep it together. I’m hanging on by a thread. I had zero sleep last night.”
Jax Taylor’s issue with Danny Booko, explained
Earlier on Season 2, Episode 15, Jax had a small get together at his new townhouse with Jesse, Luke Broderick, Jason Caperna, and next-door neighbor Tom Schwartz. As Luke mentioned, it wasn’t the first time Danny had recently been excluded from a “guys’ thing,” and so he asked what was going on between them.
“He’s a little two-faced, in my opinion,” Jax explained, referencing an alleged past incident involving Danny at his Studio City bar. “And then has the audacity to come to me the next day and be like, ‘Well, this is what you should do with your wife. And you should be this way and this way.'”

Acknowledging his own errors in judgement, Jax accused Danny of not taking “accountability,” adding, “You just can’t come and preach to people unless you have a f–kin’ clean slate.”
Later at the zen party, Jax continued to criticize Danny to Jesse and Aaron Nosler, saying he needed to “own [his] s–t” and not “put a show on” all the time.Â
“Once you call him out, he’s so worried about his look,” he elaborated. “This is all game for him, all show.”
Inside Nia and Danny Booko’s heated confrontation with Jax Taylor
Jax finally greeted Danny, who was quick to point out that he “wasn’t invited” to several of Jax’s gatherings over the past week. “And I feel like you did it, obviously, on purpose,” he said.
The two traded barbs about each other’s alleged “terrible” behavior during nights out, at which point Danny accused Jax of “hijacking” the conversation and not letting him speak.
“I’m not hijacking nothing,” he fired back, claiming that he and Nia “have to make sure that [they] look perfect in front of everybody” because they are “so scared of what people are gonna find out.”
Shortly afterward, Nia entered the conversation, and Jax made similar comments to her.
“You think you’re living in some fairytale world, like this is Miss America,” he told the former Miss USA, who promptly corrected him, pointing out he had the “wrong pageant.”
The tensions only skyrocketed from there, prompting the other cast members to get involved before it could potentially escalate any further. The trio did not interact on camera any more after that point.
