Yolanda Hadid is ready to part ways with her Pennsylvania farm and has listed the home and property for sale. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum purchased her Bucks County farm in 2017, looking to start a “new chapter” after her divorce from ex-husband, David Foster.
Several outlets, including People, TMZ, and Architectural Digest, reported on Sept. 26 that the 30-acre lavender farm and horse sanctuary had been listed for sale at $10,888,000. The property features three different guest cottages, a barn dating back to 1776, and an equestrian facility. It was at this farm that Yolanda also met her ex-fiancé, Joseph Jingoli.
“This farm has been my sanctuary, a place where I healed, where my children returned to their roots, and where our family shared many seasons of joy,” she explained in a statement to AD. “Now, as life has shifted and my children are adults and have homes of their own, it is time to pass this land to new custodians.”
The main house features an expansive, all white, eat-in kitchen; five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and five fireplaces. The outdoor space features not only farm land, but an outdoor pool, vegetable gardens, and plenty of space for entertaining guests.
Yolanda Hadid reveals what drew her to her Pennsylvania farm
In a statement to TMZ, Yolanda explained what drew her to the farm in the first place. “Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life,” she said.

“I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and connect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland,” she continued. “When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love. There were no gates at that time so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable. I instantly knew I was home before I even saw the buildings.”

Yolanda has welcomed so many visitors into the home over the past eight years, including her three children: Gigi, Bella, and Anwar Hadid, as well as their friends. Anwar and his band visited the home in June 2024, taking to Instagram to post so many photos of the beautiful views and sights.
One year later, Yolanda took to her own Instagram Story, where she posted photos of her gardens, a family of geese living on the property, and her making some celery juice inside her kitchen. “Healing,” she wrote over the photo.

The “industrial” Texas home features a modern indoor gym, an outdoor patio with expansive views of the river, large windows, and plenty of space for relaxing. “I want people to be able to come in and wear their cowboy boots,” she explained in a video tour with AD. “I wanted to use organic materials because there’s something about cowboy culture that feels organic to me — going back to earth.”
