Bella Hadid celebrated another year around the sun.
On Thursday, October 9, the award-winning supermodel received dozens of tributes in honor of her 29th birthday, one of which came from her mom, Yolanda Hadid.
Yolanda Hadid wishes daughter Bella Hadid a year of “healing”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posted an Instagram carousel featuring some of her most memorable moments with her youngest daughter, including childhood birthdays, family vacations, equestrian competitions, and at-home cooking sessions.
“Happy birthday my sweet angel,” Yolanda captioned the post. “Remembering this beautiful, perfect day 29 years ago when I gave birth to you and you greeted me with your eyes open, I have been madly in love with you since that moment and forever will be deeply and unconditional.”

Yolanda went on to praise Bella’s resilience, compassion, and courage, all of which brought her more “pride than words [could] express.”
“You remind us that beauty is not just what we see, but what we feel when you’re around,” she continued. “I pray this year will bring you healing, peace and endless creativity. Keep shining my love, and know that you are loved today, tomorrow, and always. I’m so proud of the woman that you are and the light you bring to this world. I love you endlessly!”

Yolanda’s post also included a family photo with Bella’s dad, Mohamed Hadid, whom Yolanda divorced in 2003 after nearly a decade of marriage. Mohamed also celebrated Bella’s special day in an Instagram post, which featured photos from their father-daughter date night at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.
“The happiest birthday to my lovely daughter,” Mohamed wrote. “So proud of all your love to our world. The kindest of hearts and a soul of an angel.”
Yolanda and Mohamed also share a 26-year-old son, Anwar Hadid, and a 30-year-old daughter, Gigi Hadid, who made sure to show Bella some birthday love. Gigi posted several childhood photos of her and her little sister, as well as a cute snap of her 5-year-old daughter, Khai, with auntie Bella.
“It’s [Bella Hadid] DAY!” Gigi captioned the posts. “Most loving (and spoiling) auntie (and sister).”
Bella Hadid shares an update on her health journey
The birthday came just weeks after Bella revealed her recent hospitalization. The Beverly Hills daughter shared an Instagram post in which she apologized for being “MIA.” The carousel had a series of photos and videos of Bella lying on a hospital bed, attached to IVs. She did not provide details on her hospital stay; however, Yolanda suggested it was related to Bella’s years-long battle with Lyme disease.
