A Texas man who allegedly had sex with a much-younger girlfriend in a community pool tried to claim it was not actual sex they were having.
Douglas Faith, 75, and Emilie Parma, 32, were both arrested and booked into the McLennan County Jail after police charged them with public lewdness. According to an arrest affidavit obtained by local CBS affiliate KWTX, several people called police to report that Faith and Parma were having sex in the pool at the Residence at Central Texas Marketplace apartment complex in Waco, Texas, on Sunday afternoon. Police said the witnesses told them the alleged act happened while several children were watching.

According to the affidavit, officers from the Waco Police Department spoke to eight people who said Parma was on top of Faith in the corner of the pool, “grinding and thrusting” and moaning loudly. The witnesses told police that they called 911 after their children became uncomfortable with what was happening in the pool.
Police spoke to Faith, who reportedly admitted that Parma was on top of him and made “sexual contact.” However, he apparently stopped short of admitting that they were having sexual intercourse because, as the affidavit stated, he had a “penile implant.”
According to the affidavit, police found two joints of marijuana when they searched Faith. He was charged with possession of marijuana in addition to public lewdness.
Faith and Parma posted $3,000 and $1,500 bonds, respectively, and were released from jail. Their next court dates were not publicly available.
