Katie Ginella’s marriage to her husband, Matt Ginella, is still going strong.

The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member introduced viewers to her marriage to her journalist husband and her relationship with her four kids when she joined the cast in RHOC Season 18. And, in a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Katie shared some major updates on her relationship today.
“Still married to the same person,” she said with a laugh. “We’re great.”
She continued, sharing some more information on Matt’s career as a “travel insider and storyteller.”
“Matt’s really busy with work. He’s been traveling pretty much for the last eight weeks for work. So he’s pretty busy,” she shared.
Katie, who met Matt on the golf circuit as a golf reporter, revealed that Matt was doing some traveling with her daughter, Kaili. “And Kaili and Matt actually just got back from a father-daughter golf tournament they played together in Ireland,” she noted. “That’s really special.”

In addition to playing golf, Katie’s children are heading back to school. Katie and Matt share their young son, Bandon Ginella, while Katie’s two older sons, Gavin and Max, and daughter, Kaili, are from a previous relationship. “The kids are great,” she explained.
“Two will be in college in the fall, a junior and freshman,” she continued. “And my son, Max, we’re still figuring out him moving with us full-time. All the logistics.”

“And then, Bandon is eight and he just started third grade,” she revealed, admitting that the family still lives in Orange County with “no plans to move.”
“He’s in year-round school so he started almost two weeks ago,” she added. “So mom loves that.”

Katie isn’t doing parenting alone. The mom of four took to Instagram in June, where she posted the sweetest photos (including a few throwbacks) of Matt with the kids. “Happy Father’s Day to the guy who didn’t just fill a role but redefined it,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
The former journalist then took to Instagram the following month, where she posted a sweet tribute to her husband on his birthday. In the photos, Matt can be seen posing alongside Katie on a golf course before relaxing on a boat in front of some very blue water.

“Every day with you is a gift,” she captioned the two photos. “Happy birthday [Matt Ginella].”
“Love you! (And I’m going to remind you of this post someday soon),” he commented.
