What fans can expect on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10
The announcement for the new season of Below Deck teases a “messy start” for newly promoted Nathan before he rekindles his romance with Gael Cameron, which “grows into something much more than they imagined.”
Indeed, the Season 10 trailer kicks off with Nathan reflecting on the charter season being “one of the toughest times” in his entire life. “I thought that I was gonna come on as a first-time bosun and kill it. Boy, was I wrong,” he says. “But in the end, it just turned into the best because of this.”
That’s when the camera pans over to show a pregnant belly, presumably belonging to Gael, since they welcomed a son in June 2025.
There are plenty of blanks to fill in from the preceding nine months, however, as the action rewinds through a montage of hookups to show Gael tearfully telling Nathan, “You’ve hurt me so much, and not only did you hurt me the first time, you hurt me again and again.”
The Season 9 alum is hardly the only one with a bone to pick with Nathan and his crew of “amateurs,” as another clip previews Captain Sandy firmly scolding him: “Get your f–king s–t together on this deck. You understand?”
Meanwhile, newly engaged Aesha is leading her “top-tier team of stews” — and worrying about tip amounts, for the first time.
“This season, I need to earn the bloody money, OK?” the chief stew explains. “We’ve got a mortgage. I need paintbrushes. I need paint. Do you know how expensive paint is?”
Elsewhere, “artistic” new chef, Josh, who is Michelin-trained and previously lived on a commune, reveals that he’s “also a clown,” appearing in a confessional in full face makeup. The Season 10 announcement teases, “As requests pile up, however, he begins to battle sleepless nights.”

As always, “the pressure is on to make the charters unforgettable” as the crew navigates the demands of guests with “ultra-luxurious taste and a wild streak to match.” That includes — for the first time ever — an eligible bachelor who enlists his matchmaker to invite six women on board with the ultimate hope of finding love.
At least one member of the interior crew, newcomer Kizzi, is looking for more short-term romance, bluntly sharing that she wants to “f–k everyone” on Bravado. She even jokes about starting a Bingo card with plans to “tick off the whole crew.”
After flashing through various romantic escapades, charter mishaps, and flaring tempers among the cast, the trailer ends by flashing forward again to Nathan playfully struggling to assemble baby gear.
