Despite their years-long marital split, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky will always be family.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills parents reunited over the weekend for their daughter Alexia Umansky’s wedding to Jake Zingerman. Kyle and Mauricio shared numerous photos from the lavish event held on September 6 in Los Angeles County. The bride and groom intended to tie the knot in Aspen, Colorado, but abandoned those plans after realizing it was easier — and much less stressful — to host the wedding closer to home.

Pictures shared on Instagram showed Kyle and Mauricio walking Alexia down the aisle as friends and family looked on. The outdoor ceremony featured a “midnight garden” theme, complete with lush flower arrangements and candles.

Kyle’s mother-of-the-bride look was right in line with the wedding vibes, as she stepped out in a strapless Monique Lhuillier dress covered with purple sequins and flower appliques. Mauricio also looked quite dapper in a classic black tuxedo by ARI SoHo.
The estranged husband and wife were also photographed during a pre-wedding Shabbat alongside their relatives, including their other daughters, Farrah Brittany, Sophia Umansky, and Portia Umansky.

Kyle touched on Alexia’s wedding during her September 2 Amazon Live stream, when a viewer asked if she was in disbelief over her daughter’s new chapter.
“I guess not. I mean, a part of me ‘yes,’ because a part of me is like, ‘She’s just a baby,’” Kyle replied. “But then the other part of me is like, you know, she’s such a family girl, and she’s been with Jake for so long. I’ve known Jake since he was in third grade, so it feels kind of natural.”

How Alexia Umansky paid homage to her parents’ wedding day
Elsewhere in the stream, Alexia revealed that her ceremony would include a few nods to her parents’ 1996 wedding. She told People magazine she would wear the same pink nail polish (ballet slippers) that Kyle wore when she said “I do,” and would carry a bouquet of roses just like her mom.
“I know it’s very cool to do some unique flowers and whatnot for a bouquet, but my mom held roses on her wedding day, and I wanted to kind of do an ode to that on my wedding day,” Alexia said. “Using roses is not revolutionary by any means, but I want it to feel like I am carrying on something, whether it’s big or small.”

After the ceremony, held in Topanga Canyon, the family dove right into the reception, which included speeches, Haute Chefs Los Angeles catering, McDonald’s bites, a wedding cake by Joanie & Leigh’s Cakes, and, of course, a lot of dancing.
“What an incredible day!” Kyle wrote on September 7 on Instagram. “My baby is married. Congratulations [Alexia and Jake].”
Mauricio also took to Instagram to reflect on Alexia and Jake’s new journey.
“I am so happy for this couple,” he wrote. “The wedding could not have had more LOVE more energy anything.”
