Big farms and big business go hand-in-hand for The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys brothers Steven McBee Jr. and Cole McBee, who revealed they have something “wild” coming soon.
The Missouri-based duo talked about their future on Steven’s Meet the McBees podcast, where the eldest of the four McBee brothers teased “big news.” Said Steven, “We’re not gonna announce it yet; that’ll be coming in the next couple [of] weeks. But it’s been a big week for us here. To say the least.”
Cole agreed that things had been “crazy,” with the first-time father adding, “You know, you really don’t know what life’s gonna throw at you, but it’s weird.”
Steven noted that a lot could “completely change” in 72 hours, and although he didn’t specify what did or would transpire over the three-day period, he said things were “definitely changing for the better.”
“I think it’s going to be a little bit bittersweet whenever we announce this, but we’ll announce it here over the next couple of weeks,” Steven said. “It’s exciting for Cole and I; this is what Cole and I have been talking about for the last year.”
Added Cole, “We’ve all been working on this one goal, and we’ve accomplished a lot this year. Like, so much. It’s crazy.”
An update on Steven McBee Sr.’s legal case
The brothers of McBee Farm & Cattle teased the business move the same week federal prosecutors filed a sentencing memorandum on Monday, Oct. 6, regarding their father, Steven McBee Sr, to serve 41 months in prison compared to a sentence of 30 years in prison, per DTN.

In 2024, Steven Sr. — who mostly stayed off-screen in Season 2 of the Bravo series — pleaded guilty to multi-million-dollar crop insurance fraud. Sentencing is slated for Oct. 16.
What to know about the McBee family business
The entire McBee family, including brothers Jesse McBee and Brayden McBee, continues to help McBee Farm & Cattle run in Gallatin, Missouri, tending tirelessly to crop farming, ranching, beef, and other agricultural undertakings. However, the family-owned business has many offshoots and branches beyond what audiences saw in the series.
In Season 2, the family’s Missouri-Arkansas chain of carwashes set the stage for Galyna Saltkovska and Masha to face off in front of potential investors. Viewers also had a front-row seat to Steven’s high-stakes brisket contract in Kansas City. What’s more, Steven Jr. later told The Daily Dish that their beef jerky line was poised to rake in the income. “We’re making about a million snack sticks a month,” he said.
Tree-cutting services, construction, and foam insulation were a few more services provided under the family name, according to its website.
Steven McBee Jr. remains optimistic about the future of their business
Season 2 of the series saw the brothers try to keep their legacy afloat amidst their dad’s legal troubles, plus “close to $70 million in debt,” as Steven Jr. confessed in the season premiere.

However, Steven Jr. remained cautiously optimistic, even before Steven Sr.’s recent sentence recommendation. As he previously told The Daily Dish, “We’re not out of the woods yet. It’s still a challenge each and every day, but we’re in a much better position than we were in during Season 2.”
Continued Steven Jr., “To say there’s light at the end of the tunnel and we actually have a path to saving the farm felt like a fever dream at one point — but it’s there and we can see it getting brighter and brighter every single day.”
