Mauricio Umansky remains on great terms with fellow real estate boss Tracy Tutor.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad proved this last week during a multi-stop business trip across the country. And although he was kept pretty busy with forums and promotional events, Mauricio found the time to do some shopping at one of his favorite clothing stores.
“When I’m in Miami I always stop [at Ari SoHo],” he captioned an Instagram photo taken outside the flagship.
Tracy Tutor gives Mauricio Umansky a fashion-related tip
Tracy apparently came across the post and decided to give Mauricio a quick social media/fashion-related tip.
“So my friend [Tracy Tutor] made me aware that after I show [myself] walking into a store I am supposed to show what I got,” Mauricio captioned a subsequent mirror selfie. “So I stock up on t shirts and found this killer jacket.”
Mauricio snapped the fit check during his stop in Charlotte, North Carolina. He sported a pair of dark-wash jeans and a khaki suede jacket over a simple black crewneck.

Mauricio Umansky offers a look at his latest modeling gig
Mauricio isn’t just an Ari SoHo customer; he’s also one of its models. The father of four has worked with the brand for several years, and recently starred in its Ari Man campaign. The retailer teased the collaboration in an October 3 Instagram post, which showed Mauricio rocking an all-denim look with a pair of sunglasses and a cigar in his mouth.

The post received positive reactions from Mauricio’s closest friends and family members, including fellow RHOBH husband Paul “PK” Kemsley, and Mauricio’s two eldest daughters, Sophia and Alexia Umansky.
“Omggggg,” the former wrote.
“Okayy Mr. Model,” Alexia added.
Tracy Tutor shares her thoughts on Mauricio Umansky’s family business
Tracy showed love to the Umansky family during a January 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent confirmed she was a fan of Mauricio’s real estate reality show, Buying Beverly Hills, which shed more light on his working relationship with Alexia and his stepdaughter, Farrah Brittany.
“I think it’s adorable. I love watching Farrah,” Tracy told WWHL host Andy Cohen. “I think she’s just a little boss. I think the family dynamic is super sweet with them and I celebrate them. So congratulations.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Tracy was asked if she had any interest in joining RHOBH. The mother of two said she would “100%” join the cast, as she was a Los Angeles native and familiar with some of the ladies, including Mauricio’s now estranged wife, Kyle Richards.
“I know a lot of the women on the show, and I love them all… not equally,” she said. “I think I could bring a little heat.”
