Heather Dubrow and Josh Flagg are teaming up again, months after he sold her Beverly Hills mansion with Josh Altman. But this time, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member and the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent are doing something very special for the holidays.
Heather and Josh Flagg are co-hosting the 2025 GLAAD Tidings event on Wednesday, Dec. 17, held at a private estate in Beverly Hills. This ticketed holiday benefit, according to the event page, will “celebrate the power of community and renew our commitment to GLAAD’s vital mission: advancing acceptance and inclusion for all, especially in times that remind us just how essential that work is.”
The mom of four took to her Instagram Story recently, where she posted details about the event and shared why she was so excited to be co-hosting the holiday party with Josh this year. “Excited to support [GLAAD]’s amazing work increasing LGBTQ representation in media this year at GLAAD Tidings!” she wrote over a photo of her and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, walking the red carpet at the event in a previous year.
“Co-hosting with [Josh Flagg],” she added. “Come join us.”
Heather Dubrow opens up about her friendship with Josh Flagg
As previously stated, Josh Flagg, along with Josh Altman, teamed up to sell Heather’s home in Beverly Hills. The agents met up with each other and Heather during RHOC Season 19, Episode 4, where they toured the house and discussed the listing price.
Heather also opened up about how close she is to both Josh Flagg and Josh Altman during the episode. “I’d like to think it’s a testament to how much they both love me,” Heather said during a confessional. “But it could be the commission check as well.”

Josh Flagg and Josh Altman ended up selling the home in August for $16.5 million. Josh Flagg took to Instagram on the same day that the deal closed, where he posted a series of photos from the outside of the house. “JUST SOLD!” he wrote in the caption of the post.
Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow open up about their support for the LGBTQ+ community
Co-hosting this event for Heather is only natural, as she is a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and is a philanthropist. Both Heather and Terry, who are the parents of three children who identify as LGBTQ+, spoke with People in November 2024, where they opened up about their advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. “I am actually grateful for the platform that Heather has with Housewives,” Terry said. “It allows us to support the LGBTQ community.”

“So with love and support, we just feel very blessed to be a part of the community,” Heather noted. “I think the most important thing is to stay in our community and keep talking to each other and reaching out to friends and making sure people are good.”
