It’s been four years since The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant and her ex-husband, Jamal Bryant, tried to give their relationship another try, and both have moved on in their romantic lives. And now we’re getting a look a where Gizelle and Jamal’s three daughters stand with their new stepmom, Dr. Karri Turner Bryant, this holiday season.
Jamal posted a series of Christmas Day pics on Instagram with daughters Grace Bryant, 21, and twins Angel and Adore Bryant, 19, with Jamal and Karri for a holiday-themed photoshoot. Oversized candy cane decor, wrapped presents, and gold ornaments made the photo sesh merry and bright, with the family glamorously dressed in black and even dancing at the end of the shoot.
The pastor wrote in the caption, “The Bryants wish you a Merry Christmas! May the blessings of the birth of Christ be experienced by your entire family. I pray joy to your world to the extent that grief and sorrow have no space! Allow peace to be present and cheer your sentiment. Today GOD is gonna answer prayers … trust me!”

Gizelle Bryant discusses her daughters’ relationship with their stepmom
Last season, Gizelle said the girls were “a little confused” when their father reportedly sprung the engagement news on them while out to dinner. According to the mom, they’d met Karri just twice and knew her only as their father’s “friend.”
Still, Gizelle wished the father of her children nothing but the best. Of the engagement, she said, “Well, I knew it was coming. I’m very happy for him. I have been telling him for years, ‘You need to get married.’ Pastors and politicians need to be married. And I need for him to stay in good graces with the girls.”
What are Gizelle Bryant’s daughters, Grace, Angel, and Adore, doing now?
All three of the Bryant daughters are off to school and “thriving,” leaving Gizelle an empty nester. Grace continues studying public relations at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee; Angel is seeking out a career as a doctor as she continues at Spelman College in Atlanta; and Adore is attending Hampton University in Virginia — Gizelle’s alma mater.

A timeline of Gizelle and Jamal Bryant’s relationship
Gizelle and the megachurch leader met while working for the NAACP in Baltimore, ultimately marrying in 2002 and welcoming their three daughters. They divorced in 2009. Still, 10 years after calling it quits, they rekindled their romance and gave the relationship another try. But the constraints of long-distance love and the COVID-19 pandemic proved too much, and they split up once again. Gizelle shared more when she gave dating a try on this year’s Bravo’s Love Hotel: “I got back together with my ex,” she said. “It was great until it wasn’t. And then he left.”
Still, Gizelle’s dating game is going strong, including with NFL cornerback Shawn Springs.
