While the past year has marked several new chapters for Paige DeSorbo, her friendship with Ciara Miller has remained unchanged. Paige confirmed this during a recent interview with TZR, revealing just how close she and her former housemate had become.
“Ciara just spent Thanksgiving with us,” she told the outlet. “She spends Thanksgiving with my family every year, and we always have the best time.”
Paige DeSorbo announces her departure from Summer House
Paige shared the friendship update roughly six months after announcing her Summer House exit. The New York native explained the shocking decision in a June 5 Instagram Story, saying she was grateful for her seven-season run and the relationships she formed along the way.

“Being part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles. All unforgettable,” she wrote. “But like all good things (and some bad decisions), it’s time for this chapter to close… To my castmates, the fans and my NBCU family: thank you. I never could’ve imagined what this journey would turn into — and how many of you would be along for the ride. You haven’t seen the last of me. I promise.”
Ciara Miller considered leaving Summer House after Paige DeSorbo’s exit
Ciara, who joined Summer House in Season 5 (2021), addressed Paige’s departure in a November interview with Us Weekly, admitting she and castmate Amanda Batula almost followed Paige’s lead when they began to film Season 10.
“The first couple [of] weeks we looked at each other, and we were like, ‘Should we dip? Should we get out of here?’” Ciara recalled. “But we stuck it out. I mean, we had each other, which was amazing, obviously.”
Summer House Season 10 will premiere on February 3 on Bravo. Ciara and Amanda will be joined by returning housemates Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, Jesse Solomon, and West Wilson, as well as newbies Mia Calabrese, KJ Dillard, Dara Levitan, Levi Sebree, Bailey Taylor, and Ben Waddell.
Will Paige DeSorbo watch Summer House Season 10?
Paige told TZR she will “obviously miss” her former housemates, but has no intentions of tuning into the new Summer House season.
“I will have to catch up with all my friends and get all the tea, but I probably won’t be watching the show,” she confessed. “For me, it feels almost like when that girl leaves for college, and then she comes back to her high school holding her keys and is like, ‘Oh my God, I used to go here.’ I feel like it kind of gives that energy.”

Paige insisted, however, that she was “so proud” of ex-castmates for reaching such a big milestone.
“It’s their 10th season… they deserve it,” she added. “I think Summer House is one of the best shows on Bravo, so I’m proud of them.”
