Ryan Serhant had one epic year. The Million Dollar Listing New York alum and real estate agent has sold so many homes in the past year (including Andy Cohen’s West Village apartment), while spending time with his wife, Emilia Serhant, and their daughter, Zena.
This year has been so great for Ryan, in fact, that he has no idea how to “top” it. He took to Instagram on Dec. 30, where he posted a Reel filled with clips taken throughout each month of the past year. In the video, Ryan can be seen boarding private jets, appearing on TV shows, hanging out with Mr. Beast, celebrating with his real estate team at SERHANT, speaking on stage, and showering in a tropical locale. “Goodbye 2025,” Ryan wrote over the video. “Ready. Set. Go. 2026.”
He then took the caption of the post, where he reflected on the past year. “Not sure how we’re going to top 2025…should I just retire?” he asked.
Emilia took to the comments, where she continued to celebrate their past year together. “To an even bigger better year!!!” she wrote.

Ryan’s wife, Emilia, whom he married in 2016, is an author, an attorney, and a mom to their six-year-old daughter. Ryan spoke with Realtor in early December 2025, where he admitted that he tries to spend as much time off of his phone when he is around Emilia and Zena. “I try not to be looking at my phone when I’m with my daughter, because a 6-year-old will just repeat what she sees, and if her parents are on their phones all the time, then that’s what they’re gonna do, so I really try,” he explained.

“It’s hard, though, because my business is 24 hours a day, but I really try to be as present as possible and let her know that the phone is not your first priority,” he continued. “It’s just a tool. It’s one of the many tools that we have.”
