The Summer House Hamptons pad got a glow-up for Season 10! “Is that a VIP lounge?” Ciara Miller asked in astonishment as she walked through the door in the series premiere. Amanda Batula chimed in, “Are we at the club?”
The aforementioned “VIP Lounge” is near the house entry, and consists of a neon wall sign, a roped-off seating area, and, of course, a DJ booth fully equipped with Kyle Cooke’s DJ gear.
Since the majority of the Summer House parties happen outdoors, the second upgrade was fittingly in the backyard space. During Episode 2, Amanda immediately noticed the “new furniture” setup.
“We swapped out our merry-go-round for couches in the back,” she told newbies Levi Sebree and Bailey Taylor during the Feb. 10 episode, referring to the old decor from West Wilson’s county fair party on Fourth of July weekend.
Bailey responded, “Oh, I kind of love that.” Within moments, the whole crew gathered to relax on the new furniture, which also included lounge chairs and a fire pit.
“It’s giving luxe,” Ciara added.
What’s different about the Summer House in Season 10?
Another house tweak that got the Hamptons crew excited: a repair to the notoriously tricky front door. In previous seasons, the front door has been called “an honorary houseguest” due to its frequent jamming. But for Season 10, the crew can say goodbye to getting stuck on the front porch.

“Oh my god, was that a smooth entrance?” Ciara asked Amanda as they opened the door in the Feb. 3 episode with zero issues.
“You usually have to put your shoulder into this,” West told newbie KJ Dillard as they entered for the first time. When the door easily swung open, West gasped: “Not today!”
For everyone keeping notes, bedroom swaps are also underway on Season 10, due to new housemates and OG Lindsay Hubbard taking breaks from the home to be with her daughter, Gemma. As such, Ciara called dibs on Lindsay’s old room, while Bailey and Levi decided to share a room. Amanda and Kyle also kept their usual spot in the first-floor primary bedroom.
However, Jesse Solomon declared he was taking Carl Radke’s old room upstairs. He laughingly explained to West, “[Carl] kinda wants to go downstairs and be ‘in the mix,’ he says.”

Where is Summer House Season 10 filmed?
Although the series films in New York City as well as occasional other locations, the cast’s main weekend home has been located in Water Mill, New York, and the town of Southampton, since Season 6. According to a Feb. 2022 report from Hedges, the 8,700-square-foot home is worth an estimated $5 million, and features seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms. The outlet reported that square footage includes a fully-finished lower level, and a movie theater, though it hasn’t been seen on the series.
The mansion’s gourmet kitchen, which is frequently featured, was part of some 2020 renovations, as was the pool house and outdoor bar, which are often the scene of parties on the show.
