Summer House‘s Lindsay Hubbard is taking a different approach to dating these days.
After arriving at West Wilson’s NYC singles mixer during Season 10, Episode 4, she met new cast member Ben Waddell. Though the two had all the potential for a romantic spark, Lindsay explained in a confessional why she was in no rush to find a new flame.
“Having a family, having a baby, has always been my ultimate goal. I have that now. The pressure is off,” she declared to a producer, referring to 14-month-old daughter Gemma (with ex Turner Kufe). “No longer am I looking for “the one.” I’m not, like, choosing the wrong guy ’cause I’m up against a biological clock. I get to go f–k around and find out — with a condom, of course.”

As for Ben specifically, Lindsay concluded, “So, if a guy with blonde hair, blue eyes, and from Australia falls in my lap, great!”
Lindsay and Ben continued to get to know each other the following weekend in the Hamptons, but she remained unsure if he was actually interested in dating her.
“Um, it’s hard to get a read on Ben. I don’t know,” she added in another interview setup. “I mean, listen, on paper, like, he is a beautiful specimen of a man, right? But as far as, like, is he flirting? I have no idea.”

Upon making her summer 2025 debut at the Hamptons share house, Lindsay, of course, had no choice but to cross paths once again with ex-fiancé Carl Radke. If the indirect dig she made at West’s singles bash didn’t give it away, the two still weren’t exactly on great terms.
They made cordial small talk, though, with Carl asking for a quick update on how Gemma was doing.
“Carl’s never, like, the top of my mind,” Lindsay updated a producer. “Like, I’d love to sit here and be like, ‘Oh my god, like, I wonder how it’s gonna go this year with Carl in the same house.’ No. I’m not thinking about that. I don’t give a f–k. I gave that up when we broke up. I really truly do not think about this man.”

In a separate confessional, Carl, for his part, unpacked his desire to keep the peace with Lindsay while also taking a similar laissez-faire approach.
“You know, it’s always gonna be a little uncomfortable in certain settings,” he admitted. “I know being friendly and cordial is the best course of action, but I’m not sure. Do I go up and say something, or do I just let it happen organically? I know she’s not interested in any hugging or anything like that, which is fine. There isn’t a lot I need to say, I don’t think, so I’m just kind of goin’ with the flow.”

When Lindsay previously made her first in-the-flesh appearance of Season 10 during Episode 2, she shared some updates on “mom life” and how she’d been co-parenting Gemma with another ex, Turner, as of late.
At the time, Lindsay said that she was “really proud” of herself for being “able to deal with a breakup with Turner, while trying to figure out how to be a new mom, and to do it in a way that Gemma has never even felt a thing.”
“But, you know what, I have literally raised so many man-babies in my life that I was born to be a mom,” she joked. “I’ve had a lot of practice.”
As for how things were going at her new home in NYC, Lindsay also updated Ciara Miller that she’s had some “very early mornings” amid other major lifestyle changes since becoming a mom: “IÂ can’t go out at night, if [Gemma is] at my apartment. Â But, like, that’s my priority.”
As she further gushed to a producer, “Gemma’s literally the happiest baby you’ve ever met. She is my pride and joy. She is an angel on earth.”
