Lindsay Hubbard Makes Bold Statement on In The City Season 1 Drama

Lindsay Hubbard is opening up about what to expect from In The City Season 1. Amanda took to social media after the trailer dropped, where she declared how excited she was for this new chapter in her life alongside her friends and, yes, she teased some of the drama to come.

How to Watch

In The City premieres Tuesday, May 19 at 9/8c on Bravo. Episodes stream next day on Peacock.

The mom of one took to Instagram on April 8 where she posted a photo of the cast of the show, showing “what the next chapter looks like” with her friends on In The City. In the photo, all of the cast members can be seen standing in front of an NYC stoop. “I remember literally thinking while filming in the fall, wow this is going to be a GREAT show!” Lindsay, who fans can also check out on the current season Summer House, admitted.

“I know there are a lot of new people for you all to get to know, but damn did they bring it!” she noted. “I’m so excited for you to meet them, and I can’t wait to keep sharing my life with you. Strap in because the drama is only just heating up.”

What to expect from Lindsay Hubbard on In The City Season 1

Viewers will get to see more of Lindsay’s day-to-day life as a mom to her 1-year-old daughter, Gemma, on In The City Season 1. Per an announcement for the first season, “after a decade of summering in the Hamptons, Lindsay Hubbard enters a new chapter as a fiercely independent single mom. Rebuilding life on her own terms and rediscovering herself, Lindsay balances mommy time with an intentional return to dating, leaning on her closest friends along the way.”

In the trailer for the first season, Lindsay can be seen pushing a stroller, talking to a man, and opening up about her struggles as a single mom. “Something that I wanted my entire life, a family, that was taken away from me,” she said in the trailer. “I’m choosing partners that continue to abandon me and it’s making me feel like I should be ashamed.”

Lindsay Hubbard teases her “next chapter” on In The City Season 1

Lindsay caught up with The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025 where she explained how In The City differs from Summer House. “We’re not really, like, in a place where we can party in the Hamptons, in a shared house all summer, every weekend, right? Like I have a baby now, and that’s just not where my head is at,” she said.

“But I think In The City is so great because you see our day-to-day lives,” she continued. “Like, some of us are new parents. Some of us have kids. Some of us are married. Some of us are trying to have kids. So, it really is like the show of just learning how to take that new chapter in stride.”
