As she navigates her own “acrimonious” divorce, Dorit Kemsley issued Kyle Richards a pointed warning about her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, during Part 1 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion for Season 15.
Dorit’s words of caution for Kyle arose during a larger discussion about how the latter had “judged” her and went to the other women to discuss her so-called “erratic” spending after she dropped $4,000 while shopping in the Hamptons.Â
“By the way, I’m not in the same financial position as you, I’m sorry,” Kyle fired back, prompting Dorit to question if she had learned of her apparent money struggles from Mauricio via his close friend (and her ex) Paul “PK” Kemsley. Kyle, meanwhile, insisted that she’d heard about Dorit’s finances “on the news.”

“I really hope to God things stay amicable with you and Mau, I really do,” Dorit told Kyle, “And I hope to God nothing turns.”
After Kyle replied, “Me too,” Dorit went on to reference how the OG had claimed earlier in the season that her divorce horror stories didn’t sound like the PK that she knew, rather than stand firmly in her corner.
Dorit continued, “But if and when it does, and you’re dealing with what I have had to deal with, maybe… you’ll find it difficult to sit in rooms and conversations when you’re bursting at the seams and you want to actually be talking to your girlfriends and have a little bit of support, only to have people either judging you, talking behind your back, or suggesting, ‘I don’t know Mau like that. I’m so surprised.'”
Dorit Kemsley explained how Kyle Richards’ comments impacted her and PK’s divorce
This particular segment from the RHOBH Season 15 reunion kicked off with host Andy Cohen pointing out how Dorit had worried that Kyle’s comments about her alleged “erratic” and “manic” behavior would “come back and bite [her] in the ass,” amid her and PK’s ongoing divorce. “Has that happened?” he asked.
“Oh yeah,” Dorit answered. “Clearly, Kyle was relaying information to Mau about me in the season, and PK was taunting me towards the end of the season, saying, ‘Apparently, you’re not doing so well.'”

When Kyle denied saying “anything about that,” Dorit sarcastically questioned if PK had gotten his intel “out of the sky,” or if, perhaps, he might just be a “psychic.” But Kyle shot back, “No. Someone’s saying something, and it’s not me. So, you can’t keep saying things that you just assume. I’m so sick of defending my character.”
Dorit went on to unpack why Kyle’s commentary had created an issue for her. “For somebody who’s so concerned, if she doesn’t realize that suggesting that I am erratic, that I’m not myself, not once thinking, ‘She’s in an acrimonious divorce.’… I’m not in your situation. I filed for divorce.”
Kyle interjected to say that’s why she was suggesting that Dorit not “fuel the fire” with PK. However, Dorit countered that point by asking why Kyle was, then, further “fueling the fire by suggesting that [she is] erratic.”
Kyle Richards clarified her claims about Dorit Kemsley’s “erratic” behavior
Eventually, Kyle owned up to her “wrong choice of words” while describing Dorit’s lateness, spending, and her seeming disinterest in engaging with the cast in a meaningful way during group events. She also doubled down on her claim that the rest of the women were “having that conversation” about Dorit’s behavior with her as well.
That’s when Dorit began going to each woman one by one to ask if they had, indeed, gone to Kyle with those same concerns. Kyle quickly shut that down, however, reiterating that she “misspoke” when she alone used the word “erratic” to describe Dorit.
“I also related it to my own experience,” Kyle explained. “I equated it to how I felt after my separation, that I was… I can tend to get OCD and, you know, like all over the place. I mean, I get very ADHD, and I’m, like, not clear and, you know, maybe working out too much and, like, not focused and, like, all over the place and scattered. That’s what I meant. And it became this big, huge thing that it shouldn’t have been.”
Though Dorit claimed that Kyle was the one who made it a “big, huge thing,” the latter concluded, “You’re trying just to focus on me and make me look bad, when I wasn’t saying things to be gossipy or mean about you.”
There’s still much more drama for them to unpack, however. Take a sneak peek at everything still to come between Dorit, Kyle, and their castmates on the RHOBH Season 15 reunion.
