You never forget your first reunion, and the ladies of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island are about to learn that this week. The RHORI cast gathered on Thursday, May 21, to tape their Season 1 reunion and reflect on a rollercoaster ride of a debut with host Andy Cohen.
Alicia Carmody, Rosie DiMare, Ashley Iaconetti, Liz McGraw, Rulla Nehme Pontarelli, Kelsey Swanson, and Jo-Ellen Tiberi all gathered together in NYC to share their takes on an unforgettable debut season. To Andy’s right sit Alicia, Jo-Ellen, and Kelsey. To Andy’s left sit Liz, Rulla, Rosie, and Ashley.
Andy Cohen’s advice for The Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast for the Season 1 reunion
At the beginning of the season, when the RHORI cast appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen together, the seasoned reunion host shared some wisdom with the group ahead of the reunion.
“As the season plays out, you’re going to hear a lot in confessionals from the other women. Try to stay in the place you are right now with each other. This is the thing that veteran housewives have a hard time with each other. But keep a list, and we will hash it out at the reunion,” he told the cast during the April episode of WWHL.
On the same episode, Andy went on to add several other notable nuggets of advice as the group settled into navigating their first-ever season as Real Housewives. He told them, “Don’t believe the comments,” also noting, “Don’t change. We cast you all for a reason, don’t change.”
And, the WWHL host added at the time, “Enjoy this ride. There are just 200 Housewives that have ever existed. You are known all over the world.”
What to know about RHORI Season 1 before the reunion
Since RHORI debuted on Bravo back in April, the group has taken viewers inside their emotional, funny, and unexpected lives at home, with their loved ones, as well as in their friendships. Along the way, The Real Housewives of Rhode Island cast has not held back in Season 1 and offered up a candid look at their dynamics.
