Tracy Tutor is officially joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 16. While Bravo viewers got to know the powerhouse real estate agent on Seasons 10-15 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, a lot has changed since the Season 15 finale in 2014, and Tracy is thrilled to catch fans up on her life today.Â
“Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life,” Tracy wrote in an August 19 Instagram post announcing the news she was joining RHOBH. “Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely.”
Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen expressed his excitement for Tracy’s return to Bravo in the comments of her post. “This has been a long time coming!” he wrote with several clapping and diamond emojis.

Who is Tracy Tutor’s ex-husband?
Tracy Tutor was married to Jason Maltas, an actor, for 13 years before filing for divorce in 2018. Tracy opened up about her separation during MDLLA Season 11, Episode 1. “Earlier this year, Jason and I decided to divorce after 17 years of being together. It’s been a difficult time, but the hardest part is that I don’t see my girls every day because we don’t share custody,” she explained during the episode.
Although Jason tends to lead a more private life following their divorce, he is still friends with MDLLA agent Josh Altman. Josh took to Instagram in August 2025, where he posted an updated photo of him and Jason after “catching up” in Orange County.

Tracy Tutor is currently single and is very open about dating on her Instagram account. Tracy took to Instagram on Aug. 2 where she admitted that she was “auditing some of her dating decisions this summer” with some serious questions. And she took to Instagram on July 22 where she admitted that she is looking for a relationship worthy of being in a romance movie. “It’s this or why bother,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Tracy had previously been in a relationship with fitness trainer Erik Anderson, who she started dating in 2020 before their breakup in 2023.Â
In 2024, Tracy revealed that she had “met someone” but played coy on who she was dating at the time.

Tracy has publicly feuded with Dorit in recent years. In 2025, Tracy claimed that Dorit doesn’t work with her hairstylist because of unpaid bills and that she allegedly owes him money.
Dorit then appeared on WWHL in March 2025, where she called the claims “hysterical.”Â

Tracy is also still close with her former MDLLA castmates Josh Altman and Josh Flagg. Tracy appeared on Crystal’s podcast in January where she opened up about her friendship with Flagg. “We’ve obviously been through a lot of ups and downs together. He was there for me during my breakup with Eric, very present,” she explained during the episode. “We’ve spent time together, like one on one, traveling together…I’m definitely one that holds Josh accountable, but I also have a real soft spot for him, because I do think his heart is genuinely in the right place.”
Tracy is also friendly with Altman, who confided in her about his marriage during MDLLA Season 15, Episode 9. Altman set Tracy up on a blind date during MDLLA Season 15.
