Jesse McBee’s wife, Alli McBee, has a job that keeps her so busy. The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys cast member is a mom of one, a devoted wife, and has a full-time career as a nurse.
But things got just a little bit complicated during The McBee Dynasty Season 3, when Alli found herself trying to juggle all three of these things at once. Per her cast bio for Season 3, Alli was “carrying the emotional weight of new motherhood and a strained marriage as Jesse navigates the ailing family business and his father’s legal issues. Buckling under the strain with so much on her shoulders, Alli finally realizes she needs to start putting herself first.”

What is Alli McBee’s job?
Alli is a family nurse practitioner, working in oncology in Missouri. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Research College of Nursing in Kansas City in December 2023. “It’s giving…finally graduated with a MSN,” she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post after graduating.

Alli, Jesse, and their 1-year-old daughter, Summer Leigh McBee, split their time between two homes — one closer to the McBee family farm in Gallatin, Missouri, and a home in Kansas City closer to Alli’s job so she is able to work. “We are splitting our time between two homes, but just doing it together,” the couple told Bravo Insider in September 2025.
“We still stay up on the farm on most weekends and sometimes during the week when I have a day off, and then stay in our city house the other days,” Alli explained to Bravo Insider. “We have found this just works best with our schedules and with the baby now.”

Alli McBee shares a new look at life as a mom to her daughter, Summer Leigh McBee
When Alli isn’t busy working as a family nurse practitioner, she is spending all of her time with their adorable daughter, Summer. Alli took to Instagram in May 2026, where she posted a series of photos of Summer walking around in a field while she kissed her cheek and threw her up in the air. “Tiny girl, biggest love,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
She also took to Instagram in early July 2026, where she revealed that she was celebrating the Fourth of July with her daughter. The mom of one took to the social media platform, where she posted a series of photos and videos of Summer curled up on her lap watching the fireworks with her. “Red, white, and my little firecracker,” she captioned the series of photos.
