Los Angeles, California – Meditation instead of slamming doors! Jim Curtis has revealed how he and girlfriend Jennifer Aniston manage disagreements.
Curtis and the Friends star have been a couple for the past year and a half, and as the 50-year-old hypnotherapist shared on the Jamie Kern Lima Show, things are “going really well.”
He explained that he and Aniston try to avoid fighting and instead focus on healthy communication, saying, “We do a lot of meditation, we do a lot of talk.”
“In the honeymoon phase, your tools don’t have to be like big sledgehammers,” he added.

Curtis had plenty of swoon-worthy praise for the 57-year-old actor during the show as well.
“My experience of her is so grounded and so open and caring and kind and loving,” he said.
“I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so open-hearted and kind and loving.”
Curtis has even been welcomed into Aniston’s famous circle of friends. They’ve clearly taken to him, as he said the group feels like a family – “so grounded, so kind.”
The couple was first photographed in the summer of 2025 on a yacht off Mallorca, while their first public appearance together came in November at Elle’s Women in Hollywood event.
