Whitney Rose is addressing her current dynamic with her husband, Justin Rose, amid their split after almost 16 years of marriage. The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member confirmed that she and Justin split in late May 2026 and is now addressing how they are navigating their separation.

Whitney spoke to Us Weekly, in which she revealed that the pair are splitting their time between two places (a home and an apartment) and “nesting” as they “rotate between the two” places. She said, “The kids stay in our primary home, so their routine doesn’t change, their life doesn’t change. They have their bedrooms, they have their friends. My house is the hub for all the friends, so their life hasn’t changed.”
She went on to share how they are managing their day-to-day. “Justin and I work together. We co-parent. We do everything together,” Whitney told the publication. “So, from the kids’ perspective, I would imagine, I mean, based on their feedback, it’s more peaceful. It’s better.”
As for how their kids, daughter Bobbie Rose and son Brooks Rose, are handling their parents’ new dynamic, she said they have been “super supportive.” “They have so much love and support around them that their life hasn’t really changed much because we’re nesting,” she added.

When did Whitney Rose and Justin Rose get married?
Whitney and Justin married in November 2009. The couple renewed their vows on their 10th wedding anniversary during RHOSLC Season 1, Episode 1. At the time, they also shared new details on their dynamic in the early days of their relationship as they reflected on their 18-year age gap, the fact that Justin was Whitney’s boss when they met, and they were both married to other people at the time.
As Whitney’s cousin, Heather Gay, recalled during the episode: “She fell in love with Justin. They had this illicit, torrid affair and, as a result, they were both excommunicated from the Mormon church.”

She reiterated this in their 16th wedding anniversary post in November 2025, emphasizing the importance of their relationship being like “wax.” “The wax represents the flexibility and the warmth that a couple needs to mold their lives together over time,” she wrote. “This is beautiful and definitely resonates with how much we have been through, yet while always loving each other every step of the way.”
