“I’m straight positive, man — no negative,” Moe informs Captain Kerry in the above first look at the season premiere (airing Monday, Oct. 12 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo). “I don’t throw pots and pans. I’m not with the bulls—t.”Â
Moe’s calm resolve looks to be tested, though, as the Below Deck Season 13 trailer previews a guest telling him she’s going to stick her chopsticks in her own eyes, causing him to tell a producer, “I am getting too old for this s—t.”

Who is Chef Moe Vilomar on Below Deck Season 13?
According to Moises (Moe) Vilomar’s official bio for Below Deck Season 13, he’s a chef with four years of experience in the yachting industry. He has a daughter; his favorite off-boat activity is traveling; and with a May 1 birthday, he’s a Taurus.
Where is Chef Moe Vilomar from?
Moe describes himself as “super New York” in the first look at Below Deck’s Oct. 12 premiere, and adds he’s from Queens in New York City, but currently lives in Jersey City, New Jersey.Â
“People ask me if I’m a Knicks fan. I tell them, ‘I’m not a Knicks fan, I am a Knick,'” he jokes during the preview.
Moe later adds he had a humble upbringing. “Being from where I’m from, I never thought I would be working on yachts,” he says. “It’s been a blessing that I can say that I’ve technically been around the world.”

What is Chef Moe Vilomar’s culinary background?
