Courtney is an event planner to the stars and a Harvard graduate from Charlotte who is currently living in the Potomac area. “I have two sons, Carter and Caysen,” she told Bravo Insider ahead of RHOP Season 11. “And I am the wife of NBA player Alexis Ajinca, he’s now a coach. I’ve spent the last decade producing over-the-top celebrity events, some for some of your favorite Bravolebrities. And I just enjoy life and everything that comes with it.”

Courtney was introduced to the RHOP cast through her friend, Tia Glover. “I’m the closest with Tia,” she told Bravo Insider. “She’s actually the godmother of my baby. I love her mom, I love her family.”
But, Courtney found herself fitting in with the rest of the champagne holders. “I really have enjoyed just getting to know these ladies,” she added. “Joining this group has been a roller coaster of emotions. There was a time where I was like, ‘I’m done with this, I’m walking away, these girls are crazy. But I’m so happy I stuck it out because I really have made some real relationships with these girls and some true connections. And I’m just super grateful for the whole thing.”
